Accomplishments:
- Completed first edit of Current Printing Business document (formerly
Current Business Model and linked it from Project Notebook front page.
- Met w/Cecilia for her edits, answers to questions, missing figures.
- Saw IPM in action thanks to Lynne and Cecilia.
- Contacted Carol Wood (BLT) to bring her up to date on project timeline.
- Drafted a preliminary support plan.
- Attended FSS Techies check-in.
- Attended team meetings.
Goals:
- Complete Current Printing Business document and publish to the Web.
- Publish meeting notes to the Project Notebook.
- Work w/Cecilia et al on Phased Rollout, Service and Support Plans,
Stakeholders and Action Items.
