Thanks for the follow-up on the IPM support issue, Karen.  This sounds
like a fine plan to provide some near term relief for Rocklyn.  Just
holler if we can be of any assistance in the future IPM support
discussions.

Pete, would you like to send the Print Delivery Team a list of support
items which need clarification, or would it be more useful for you
to come and chat with the team directly?
