Yes, this is the IPM S/W contract. Unfortunately your note to Jeff
wasn't seen by Phil. So, the proposal Phil dropped off today did not
include the words around the $17K S/W upgrade for adding 600 distributed
printers. Phil will try to send me an attachment this afternoon with
the amended wording...
