I assume you want to move this along with FY00 dollars. If so, please
recall that we need some comfort level around the kerberizing contract work
before we actually purchase IPM. That was a request from Susan Azary.
We don't need a signed contract for the kerberizing work but we should
at least have some "gentleman's understanding" of the scope of work,
agreement from Boulder and some understanding of the dollars involved.
Rocklyn should be the go/no-go point person on this as the principle
owner of the pending kerb work.
