Jonathon is correct, this data was updated periodically via a manual
process that dumped the router ARP caches and then for any active IP
addresses updated the use data timestamp via SQL. Since that process
stopped, it was since re-purposed and is now being updated any time the
host's opt status is changed. Hope that helps..
