For the record, I finished this up and checked it in today, so the head
of moira CVS will build a shared libmoira and link the clients and
update_server against it. I chickened out and the servers remain
statically linked for now because that's how the current production
system is; I'll probably cut them over to using a shared libmoira the
next time we upgrade the servers.
