No , I just remembered what your problem is. I fixed the problem here
by hand some time ago, and forgot to fix the program that creatres a
new empty database. You need to make sure that a user, list, machine,
filesystem, etc. each exists that has an iunternal ID number of 0.
When I'm back in Boston I'll send you a more detailed report.
