Accomplishments Past Period:
- Stores for Alumni Reunions, Sloan Alumni Relations,
Nanomanufacturing, and the Deshpande Center went live.
- Set up RT for tracking new requests and problem reporting. As
mentioned in last month's report, we determined that Casetracker was
not a good fit at this point. The lack of access control is an issue
in that there is some relatively sensitive information that we would
like to maintain.
- Drafted Delivery report.
- ASST performed OS patches and security checks to the ClearCommerce
server. All went well.
Goals for Next Period:
- New merchants are in the queue, including Center for Cancer
Research, Nuclear Engineering, and the Spring Weekend student event.
Some may be ready to go live by the end of April.
- Solidify merchant and administrator documentation.
- Develop disaster recovery strategy.
- Finalize and circulate report.
- Close out project notebook.
- Celebrate a successful completion to the delivery project!
Next Community Milestone:
- Roll-out of the new merchants mentioned above.

- The April report will probably be our last!
