Accomplishments past period:
----------------------------
- Refined IS newsletter article.
- Testing and refinement of user migration script(s) has started. Once
we are satisfied with the TSM Windows script, the TSM Mac script will
be written and tested using same requirements.

Alex will make necessary updates to TSM Athena configuration and
documentation. Current tentative schedule for TSM-A server migration,
which includes TSM Athena users, is mid June.
- Began TSM VM data migration to IBM ESS.
- TSM installed on SUN test server. Configuration/testing is ongoing.
Milestones completed:
---------------------
- SAN design, implementation, testing and completed.
Goals for next month:
---------------------
- Continue with TSM server configuration and testing.
- Configure and test hardware within TSM application.
- Test basic application functionality
- Test import/export capabilities and finalize TSM Archive data
migration plans.
- Complete migration of TSM VM data to IBM ESS
- Complete TSM user migration scripts. Begin TSM web documentation for
scripts.
- Complete work on IS newsletter article.
- TSM V5 training for DaveK and Patrick.
- Begin TSM Admin Helpdesk testing.
- Begin writing final TSM announcement letter to all users.
Additional comments:
--------------------
- Need to follow up with Help Desk regarding 'temporary help' during
migration period.
- With the TSM server hardware and software infrastructure in place,
the focus of the project meetings is shifting more to TSM server
application testing and support issues.
