Accomplishments for March 2003
Corporation Database (Jennifer)
* Tested the corporation database application against both CORPDEV
and CORPDB instances after applying Oracle security patches to the
server.
Coeus (Jennifer)
* Fixed the problem on printing nih budget and attachment form.
* Made Protocol Number larger in special Review screens.
* Set preference variable values for new users created.
* Fixed: application crashes while opening a temp proposal log.
* Fixed the problem on printing cost sharing comments in award delta
report.
Events Calendar
* Continued making improvements and changes to the Events Calendar
code (Todd and Tom).
* Updated and wrote documentation for Events Calendar to prepare for
code
to be released to interested parties within and outside MIT (Todd).
* Met with various stakeholders and users to discuss future Events
Calendar work (Todd and Tom).
* Devised method for secure downloads of code from the web server
for non-MIT users (Tom with Miki Lusztig's help).
ECAT
* Continued minor work needed for new ECAT vendor, Minuteman Press
(Todd).
Goals for the Coming Period
* New release of Events Calendar.
* Application documentation.
Community Milestones
* *Next: *Create a packaged release of the Events Calendar
application for distribution to eligible outside users and
internal MIT users.
