1) What were you trying to do?
I wanted to use the "convert" command from ImageMagick to convert a PDF to .png from the terminal (e.g. "convert -density 150 input.pdf -quality 90 output.png").

2) What happened?
The following error message:
"convert.im6: not authorized `input.pdf' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/454."

3) What should have happened?
There should not have been a problem with permissions. The following link leads to a StackOverflow post that describes the cause of such permissions problems, and how to fix them. It is not something that one can do from their personal Athena account.

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52861946/imagemagick-not-authorized-to-convert-pdf-to-an-image

4) Does this problem happen only on this workstation, or other workstations?
All (Linux) workstations.

5) If you were following instructions, please include the URL or a
   description of the documentation:
   (e.g. a "problem set for 18.03" or http://ist.mit.edu)
