1) What were you trying to do?
Tried to connect to shared memory with the command "sudo mit/gamess/setsharedmem"

2) What happened?
 - The usual prompt that appears when typing in the command (Attention: You are on a Debathena cluster machine...etc.) did not appear.
 - When running GAMESS, the program immediately returned "error code 911"
 - The output file contains a line reading the following:

DDI Process 1: shmget returned an error.
Error EINVAL: Attempting to create 160525768 bytes of shared memory.
Check system limits on the size of SysV shared memory segments.

3) What should have happened?
 - The sudo command should have worked properly, and allowed me to access shared memory.
 - The GAMESS program should have run without a DDI kick error.

4) Does this problem happen only on this workstation, or other workstations?
This problem has happened on multiple workstations. Usually, what happens is I can manage to squeeze 3-4 successful runs out of each Athena cluster, and then the GAMESS program starts returning error code 911. I then have to switch to a new cluster, which is again good for only 3-4 runs but soon after begins returning these errors again.

5) If you were following instructions, please include the URL or a
   description of the documentation:
   (e.g. a "problem set for 18.03" or http://ist.mit.edu)
Following the GAMESS instructions on the IS&T website: http://ist.mit.edu/node/1408#GAMESS
