ooffice locker has become gratuitously broken

Hi Alex,
Some time in the past day, the following things appear to have
changed:
o The 'current' symlink in the ooffice locker points to ooffice_v3.0.1,
and the 'ooffice_v3.0.1' symlink has disappeared
o All the 'ooffice_v3*' lockers in /afs/athena/software have had their
AFS permissions change to become so fascist that they cannot be read
This of course breaks the ooffice locker (and causes the local-lockers
job to fail on any machine still running it). What happened?
