I expect lpr-ing a .txt file to give me 66 line-per-inch Courier.
cups doesn't do that, and makes me sad.

The cups documentation (cups-lp(1)) claims that -o lpi=6 is the default,
but it doesn't seem to be.

How do I get my Courier back?

Additionally, text isn't properly centered on the page...the left
magin is miniscule (2 chars?) -o page-left=36 seems to work,
but then the right page seems to get cut off...
-o page-left=36 -o lpi=6 -o cpi=10.5
appears to produce halfway decent output, with the exception of the
font choice.

Thanks.
