Hi Connie -
    Our printing infrastructure is currently going through
a...tumultuous stage right now. We're trying to improve things. In the
mean time, our standard answer is to contact OLC (x3-4435) if you need
jobs removed during business hours. Since you are an IS&T employee,
I've posted a write-up on how to remove jobs that you should be able
to see at <http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/nhxS>.

When you tried to print duplex, did you do it from the command line,
or from a graphical application? If it was a graphical app, which one?
