"What gives" is that Zephyr is not installed properly on the
production release of RT system software. It will be installed in the
next release of RT system software, but I can't predict its
availability now.
There are some versions of the Zephyr programs floating about for the
RT workstations; the user consultants may know more (and, indeed, you
should ask them about programs and problems before you mail your
questions to bugs. They can often give you a speedier answer and a
useful workaround).
