Construction of infrastructure in Libya

To whom it may concern

My name is Ahmed Hassan Usman and this letter serves as an urgent invitation to interested parties regarding the subject above.
I have been mandated by the Libyan Coordinator of the United Nations, in charge of the re-construction of infrastructure, damaged during the uprising against the late President Muammar Gaddafi in October 2011.
The interim government of Libya, with the support of the United Nations, requires qualified organisations to apply for contracts to re-construct Libya and turn it into a world class country.
Projects will vary from basic infrastructure, i.e. Roads, water treatment plants, hospitals, schools to the construction of skyscrapers, International airport upgrades etc. Total value of the required work is currently estimated at $ 9,000,000,000.00 (9 Billion US dollars).
Phase 1 which is estimated at $75, 000,000.00 (50 Million US dollars), is scheduled to begin on the 20th January 2015.
Phase one will include the following projects:

Upgrading of National hospitals children’s wing ($11,500.000.00)/ P1-Pr code H110k
Sewerage system relay in Benghazi ($22,750,000.00)/ P1-Pr code H009k
Construction of a new state Library ($4,750,000.00)/ P1-Pr code H006k
Construction of new national soccer stadium ($25,000,000.00)/ P1-Pr code H111k
Benghazi airport International terminal upgrade ($11,000,000.00)/ P1-Pr code H005k

Procedure

The interested party must follow the following process:
Submit letter of intent (LOI) addressed to “The National Coordinator”
(Please quote the project code you are interested in)

Upon receipt and approval of LOI, your company will be included on the vendor database and further procedures issued.
Furthermore, shortlisted entities will be required to open a business transacting account with a South African Commercial bank, which has been mandated to handle the distribution of payments to successful and participating candidates.

In closing, all interested parties must email . MR .ERIC JORDAN or on +27833694524
