Does this have something to do with the changes to zephyr and zwrite
to support "pretty" and such?

When I send a zephyr message with PostScript commands, the commands
seem to have no effect. For example, the following:
athena% zwrite pete
Type your message now. End with control-D or a dot on a line by itself.

results in this:
