The Zephyr build for 7.2 (VAX) experienced problems because it did not
create a "profiled" directory in libdyn/ during the build. This caused
the "install" to have problems.
In addition, the "server/" directory did not build. (I attached "gnu"
and had /mit/gnu/vaxbin in my path for the purpose of the Zephyr server
build, since that is what it appeared to be configured for in the
Imakefile templates -- however, I still need the information of how to
do it without this... this will not be done for future releases).
