I would be interested in hearing from anyone using OSF/1 to run SAP/r3.
We are currently running the SD and MM modules on osf/1 and are
experiencing some performance issues:
Sizes: DB server DEC alpha 2100 / 512mb mem / 140 gig disk
2 alpha 2100 application servers (production users)
(1 basicallly running dialog, the other batch jobs)
1 test alpha server
1 development alpha server
txn rates 30-50 users,
350 orders per day
10 lines per order.
We have limited the use of online-querys/SIS due to it's impact on the
online txn entry functions.
