SAP has changed its policy for puts around summer of last year. Everybody
making puts has to be certified which means to go to Walldorf (at least
for Germany) prior to every new release and do a one weeks class. Without
a certified put (by doning it without certification SAP anounced not to
support a system any more.
Partly this idea is correct, because a lot of people are getting
tapes/CDs and tying to doubleclick on the installer app like they would
do with MS Word. But i suppose SAP would certify people like you without
classes...
I wonder how strikt this is handled by SAP? Has anyone encountered a
refuse of support yet?
