I've never understood this idea. No one wants to get flamed, read flames
or have flames pile up in their mail cue. Thus, no one would add this
list and no flamers would post to it.
The libertarians list is by design already a discussion list. If that
means flamage from time to time, so be it. Not all discussions are
civil.
