I've heard that some cable companies, in order to get their monopoly
privileges from their cities, created "community access" channels, and
then were forced to let the KKK have some time on the channel!

Of course, the Left will always try to make sure that "diverse political,
artistic and cultural expression" means letting both feminists and
Marxists on, but they will try to restrict it by saying the discourse
has to "serve the public interest" and then argue that anything they
don't agree with doesn't serve the public interest.
