commit b3df4f4e0dafa10595e6bc4e1d7daa7fc68aad83
Author: Michael Mattioli <mmattioli@users.noreply.github.com>
Date: Wed Apr 26 21:34:57 2017 -0400

Modernize coding style of most client programs

Adjust the style of kcpytkt, kdeltkt, kdestroy, kinit, klist, kpasswd,
and kvno to conform to current coding practices.

[ghudson@mit.edu: made additional style and naming changes; edited
    commit message]
