In agreement with allegations from Attorney General of Colombia
against the Venezuelan regime in the Inter-American Court of Human
Rights, in the United Nations, the International Court of The Hague,
and any other multilateral body. Such instances were visited by the
Venezuelan opposition to challenge the recent presidential elections
in which there was fraud. A United Nations commission already went to
Guyana and another one to Colombia. The planet is horrified with
conflicts invented by this regime and the international community has
decided to provide all possible support to our neighbors. Now we need
the full support of Guyana and Colombia to unmask this neototalitarian
and illegitimate regime, because as friendly states they have tools
that ordinary citizens lack.
We distributed hundreds of flyers on Liberate Leopoldo López at upper
Carapita and on the subway. Everyone receives them. There are almost
no officialists left. At Popular Will we count on popular networks as
a fundamental base structure to ensure that social work will lead to
political work. The government elite blames adversaries of all evil,
they seek every possible excuse to ignore the serious crimes of hate
in which incurred throughout their long, wrong lives. Absolutely all
the damage they have done will get back to them as we?ll foster a
better Venezuela with laws that promote justice and punishment to
crime. When laws are strictly enforced, the public is aware that it
must act according to the law; otherwise citizens are punished or
detained. Let's encourage the enforcement. Contempt for the law has
led many people to commit crimes and violate the rights of other
people; one of the violated human rights is precisely the imposition
of a hostile environment enabling homophobia.
Citizenship concentrated on Friday September 4, 2015 near the
courthouse in downtown Caracas. Thanks to Popular Will activists from
Lara, Aragua, Carabobo and Vargas for joining us in Caracas during the
hearing of Leopoldo López. Thanks to Henry Ramos Allup for sharing
experiences of his political career with Popular Will and reaffirming
the Unity. We agree on a lot. Henry Ramos talked with Eduardo
Battistini, Luis Florido, Freddy Guevara and me about the need to
return to a bicameral congress where a federal senate in addition to
the deputies is restored. And he told us how he ridiculed those who
held him in Maiquetía airport until his release. We witness that
finally we have a very strong and cohesive Democratic Unity Roundtable.
Thanks to Ramos Allup who shared ample time in conversation without
hurry and without agenda, with those who concentrated near the
courthouse. Unlike Julio Borges and Maria Corina Machado who arrived,
had pictures taken, declared to the press and immediately took off. It
gives the impression that Ramos Allup now depends on the current
membership of Popular Will to perpetuate the positive that is left of
the old Democratic Action. Otherwise he would not have shown much
interest in sharing with us on equal conditions. When politicians have
more important things to do than connecting with militancy, they throw
an inconvenient image of arrogance. Ramos Allup rejuvenated while
Machado and Borges aged. Whoever is better behaved between Borges and
Ramos Allup we will win the presidency of the National Assembly.
Allusions to third nominations are heard. For the time being there
seems to be no one else but the two of them to take that position. Any
youth perhaps? Which machinery will this young count with to promote
his candidacy against any of them? And who is this young man?
Tamara Adrian there told us that the absence of sexually diverse
pro-government candidates unfortunately hit red activism hard. The
Democratic Unity Roundtable is credited with including sexually
diverse candidacies that will fight for the adoption of equal
marriage, unfinished PSUV promise that has led to a huge migration of
votes out of the revolution. The MUD has accurately understood the
significance of the most important issue in this election campaign,
which alone will be enough to free us of this nefarious
castrocommunism. Guaidó?s prison for a few hours motivated him to be
one of the most applauded speakers during various pronouncements he
made. At 4 pm left the concentration from the church of Santa Teresa
to the front of the courthouse where we sang the national anthem, at a
site where Leopoldo López and the officers could hear us. Then we took
the subway in giant crowd. I talked to Freddy Guevara in the subway
wagon, and told him there in front of all the passengers how I changed
my mind after voting for Maduro to integrate at the opposition. Freddy
Guevara in the car explained the activity with his megaphone and we
all arrived at the Bolívar Plaza of Chacao where the vigil continued.
We have concluded that the words "socialist", "the right", etc are
just words that politicians use in our sole convenience. Many identify
themselves as socialists because it rings fashionable just as few are
identified as the right because it sounds ugly. Being socialist in
Venezuela is simply a buzzword to capture votes. It is up to
opposition parties to design untold strategies leading to a discourse
that will allow healthy debate of proposals. Many government
supporters admit that Leopoldo López? strategy of having facilitated
his arrest has worked for him, because Maduro alone is building a new
Chavez whose popularity increased being jailed.
A week later we went back near the courthouse. Popular Will activists
led by the metropolitan council Gladys Castillo were supported by a
group led by Justice First metropolitan council Máximo Sánchez, which
gives us hope that our parties will continue smoothing roughness.
There was a red point blaring government slogans and officialist
music. Before noon Bolivarian National Guard and Bolivarian National
Police surrounded us and gave way to violent groups who rushed to hit
us with tubes, they threw us bottles, burned our flags, stole our
wallets and cell phones and prevented us to assist those who fell to
the ground. Our activist Horacio Blanco suffered a heart attack and
was denied being transferred promptly to emergency room, he arrived to
Vargas hospital without vital signs. Some groups had to take shelter
in nearby shops who lowered their gates. We have taken the decision
not to respond violently to those who were violent against us, to
provide no excuse for the regime to suspend elections.
We had the opportunity to chat briefly with Chuo Torrealba, to whom I
expressed that decent officialists, though still consider Capriles
guilty of inciting violence in 2013 and López guilty of inciting
violence in 2014, now considered several ruling party leaders guilty
of inciting violence in 2015. 33% of Popular Will activists come from
officialism and our strategy is to expand this proportion to grow
further. We need to adapt our strategies to convince them to join the
opposition understanding where they come from. Many opponents are
already identified with other parties or otherwise they hate politics.
Our growth is grounded in capturing the electorate who voted for the
ruling party and are now unhappy with the PSUV. Popular Will activists
are irreverent and are not intimidated by those who claim being the
opposition by trying to impose hate agendas. We search all rights for
all people.
Our publications are for immediate consumption and not necessarily
reflect a commitment to ideological adherence. They receive an average
of 4,000 daily visits via web and reach two million subscribers
monthly via email. All our opinions are of immediate international
public domain and seek to foster fruitful debates that generate
changes in preset opinion matrices. Examples of stubbornness persist
with deep resentment and desire for revenge, which hinder the
inclusion of officialist discontents as equals in a wide and diverse
majority opposition. Popular Will after four years now presents as a
more mature party than what we were used until recently. Its rapid
growth has led to exchange of fresh ideas between new militancy and
its founders, and we are consolidating as the most promising reference
toward the future of the Democratic Unity Roundtable and of Venezuela.
That week was atypical due to completion of the trial against Leopoldo
López, but the next week we resumed our activism in the southwest of
Caracas and the Tuy Valleys. As is public knowledge, in both areas
there are many pro-government militants who don?t feel well served by
current authorities. No doubt there are some interesting proposals in
JPSUV, but at the circuits mentioned candidates are much plugged
Jacqueline Farías and Elias Jaua, none of which represents the change
we all want. The word "people" is derogatory because it places
citizens as likely to be manipulated by corrupt elites. The continued
economic deterioration has convinced many parties to withdraw from the
Great Patriotic Pole and has recently increased the number of
enrollments at parties belonging to Democratic Unity Roundtable. Next
year we will have an opposition Congress that will counter other powers.
We do not want the elections to be suspended. We want to participate
in them having international observers and we expect to win them.
Ramos Allup declared that we have high chances of winning the popular
vote in all states because the ruling party strongholds of the past
have strongly changed their preference for the Democratic Unity
Roundtable. Don?t miss old times because we have persist in usual
barbarism. In military and dictatorial regimes such as Gomez?, Pérez
Jiménez?, and Maduro?s human rights have been violated and our
political rights have been infringed and repressed. Aggressiveness is
accomplice to the murder of Horacio Blanco, activist of Popular Will,
who died product of violent ambush from hordes whose dissolved the
peaceful rally we held near the Palace of Justice.
Vente Venezuela supports the candidacy of MIN-Unity in the circuit 3
of Lara. MIN-Unity supports the candidacy of PSUV in the circuit 3 of
Miranda. Does this mean that María Corina Machado swung vote in favor
of the ruling party? In any case we applaud she has withdrawn her
previous resounding rejection of dialogue. We warned María Corina
Machado?s team about many contradictions since the end of 2013. We
spent a lot of time being available to them. We strived to explain
that the fourth phase of the exit must have occurred before the
second. Perhaps Maria Corina Machado needs to know officialism
thoroughly; put herself in their shoes, like years ago we made that
decision when we integrated with Tupamaros. Maybe that's a positive
learning as her current knowledge of the country is incomplete. But
she runs with the MIN-Unity card in the circuit 3 of Miranda backing
the PSUV candidate William Ojeda who is the adversary of our
Democratic Unity Roundtable candidates Miguel Pizarro and Angel
Alvarado.
We do not yet recover from the stupor when she adversed Freddy Guevara
in the circuit 2 of Miranda, as he had supported Maria Corina Machado
for everything during 2014. Who is against the Democratic Unity
Roundtable is officialist. Indeed at the Democratic Unity Roundtable
we eagerly remember that our ticket is to the bottom left, the
MIN-Unity ticket has similar colors and nearby, during weeks we have
denounced it as a trick of the ruling party to win votes from
opponents mistaking tickets unintentionally. It seems that Maria
Corina Machado follows the example of her deputy Ricardo Sánchez, who
strongly swung his vote months ago. After talking with Ramos Allup and
Chuo Torrealba in recent days, we see very clearly their strategy to
take control of the National Assembly in a few months. It is
unfortunate that María Corina Machado has decided to break the unity
and did not engage in consensus with them. Now she just chooses to
support tickets funded by officialism. When María Corina Machado goes,
we're coming back. The divisionism against Democratic Unity Roundtable
with whom she now flirts, we concluded months ago that as harmful.
We suggest again to María Corina Machado a disciplined return to
unitary rail if she is to really add sympathies to her aspirations for
the governorship of Miranda. Because she is now with MIN-Unity, an
officialist ticket that has Petare flooded with expensive advertising
campaigns: "Sucre deserves better ? neighborhoods speak ? Enough
anarchy. William Ojeda." Meanwhile the Democratic Unity Roundtable
does not have resources to match such advertising opulence on the
circuit where I live. Copei has had the bravery to forget their ticket
and add its militancy to the service of the Democratic Unity
Roundtable, unpretentious to aim for no office, as compensation for
the shameful spectacles that were offered as a result of its internal
diatribes in recent months. Technically it is not a decision of Copei
but of Copeyans dismissed by the Supreme Tribunal of Justice. The
current board of directors of Copei, just like MIN-Unity, is closely
related to decisions from the ruling party.
Maria Corina Machado betrayed those who liked and supported her for so
long and now she will endure loneliness. I swung from the ruling party
to the opposition and now Maria Corina Machado swings from opposition
to the government. With this zero-sum game it will be very difficult
to beat officialism. Precisely to avoid this controversy Popular Will
decided to abandon the aspiration of mixed ticket and embraced the
unity card ticket so that the rest of the Democratic Unity Roundtable
won?t accuse us as officialists. What is relevant is that she is
outside the Democratic Unity Roundtable by choice, because we did our
best to keep everyone together. A recent memory arises on how we lost
winning mayors for Caracas and El Tigre, among other cities, as the
opposition competed with two candidates and thus weakened before a
triumphant officialist candidacy.
Although officially Popular Will is center-left, our activists
recognize the need for economic liberalization and to provide
opportunities for private investment and free markets. Free and
organized citizens need to form systems that will meet the
shortcomings of the populist state, and instill culture, education,
principles and values to the benefit of future generations. Religious
beliefs vary from religion to religion, for that reason it is common
for countries to have recently opted for secularism to protect
citizens from harassment and intolerance promoted by religions. The
Christian and Islamic fundamentalists are increasingly violating the
civil and human rights that have conquered through hard effort.
Our priority is to achieve migration of votes formerly cast to PSUV
for the Democratic Unity Roundtable. For this reason it is crucial to
incite sexually diverse officialists to vote massively for the
opposition. Only then we will achieve majority. But we will watch
supporters of homophobia for not using this new electorate for purely
populist purposes. When people are annoyed of a political party, a
dirty shirt of a given color is removed and a clean shirt of another
color is worn. Pollsters incur in the business of measuring that
aggregate process to the national level. Homophobics may choose to
vote for officialism ruling were no sexually diverse candidacies are
offered. They will be new swing voters, guilty for motivating
persistence of this horrendous castrocommunism that does not let us
progress. The priority is not that opposition militants continue
behaving as such. If they do not seek to become government they will
safely follow recipe for a new, crushing electoral defeat, as
brilliantly explained by José Vicente Rangel in his Sunday show. No
thanks.
We accompanied Democratic Unity Roundtable candidates Manuel Garcia
and Felicidad Villegas in the circuit 6 of Miranda, municipalities
Cristóbal Rojas (Charallave), Simón Bolívar (Yare), Lander (Ocumare
del Tuy) and Urdaneta (Cúa) house by house in low income hills. Almost
everyone said they were officialist and yet they we said they will
vote for the Democratic Unity Roundtable. It is our commitment to keep
the good work without mistakes for not disappointing responsibility we
are assuming before them. We do not have access to the new urbanisms
of housing mission, but we will try to visit all the popular,
traditional sectors of the circuit during the rest of the campaign.
It's much tastier campaigning on the street where you see people happy
and hopeful, than reading bitterness in social networks by those who
have never learned to do street politics and simply complain about
everything we done by us who kick the street. Happy Birthday
Democratic Action! The activists of Democratic Unity Roundtable
parties gathered that morning in the neighborhoods of Charallave, we
sang happy birthday to that party and we appreciate their contribution
to the current growing unity.
We need technicians, economists, people who achieve a change of
course. For this reason we participate in the National Team Activists
(ENA) Popular Will Guilds, where professionals from many sectors are
debating proposals for the country to help shaping the Best Venezuela.
In popular areas of Charallave the Popular Will team promised to
provide paint, metal fences and other supplies to repair a sports
field in poor condition. The locals made a commitment to provide
labor. For those who accuse us of populist: PSUV with more resources
cannot even match that gesture. Is anyone perhaps proposing such
sports field to remain in poor condition indefinitely? We promise what
we can deliver. We have no time to waste in sterile discussions with
moaners in slippers who require photographic evidence to believe our
involvement in recent activities; we rather invite them to join
communications teams of Democratic Unity Roundtable. Photographers and
reporters need to disclose our street activities with greater impetus.
Our energies are concentrated to form the new militancy of Popular
Will we have recently helped recruit, which amply outweighs any
dismissal or threat from undaunted radicalism threatening to walk out
of the Democratic Unity Roundtable to play along to the government.
Strength and faith! The whole Democratic Unity Roundtable is also on
the correct side of history, we have used 2014 and part of 2015 for
airing differences and contradictions, but in parishes and circuits we
quickly merge to the best around our winning candidates. Equal
marriage reinforces our motto of all rights for all people. And
certainly we are talking to people who ask for lunch and beer case,
sometimes we may please them but in general we are warning that
officialism will soon come as drug dealer with gifts to entice them
back to the revolutionary addiction.
At grassroots areas citizens are very focused on the problems
requiring solution, and do not show off pride from wealthy classes
that behind a keyboard pretend to impose radicalism. Many officialists
take us so seriously they will vote for the Democratic Unity
Roundtable; there are possibilities if we continue the good work to
win circuits 6 and 7 of Tuy Valleys in Miranda which everyone had
given up for lost. To campaign in upper class areas is difficult:
people walk in a bad mood, they slam the door on you, and without any
political experience they nevertheless insist on lecturing political
parties how to proceed. In the popular classes, receptivity is much
more enthusiastic. Perhaps we are observing that upper classes very
critical of the opposition negotiated with the recent Bolibourgeoisie
of PSUV to care for their economic interests, as the vast majority are
with the change proposed by the Democratic Unity Roundtable. So far
the officialist campaign has been to collect listings to award products.
We will win circuit 6 of Miranda provided that we persist in street
activities locally. The slum near the center of Charallave was the
first to which we went, however there are many other areas that must
be visited into which previously we had no access and still they do
not know us. In that circuit there are many new voters in housing
missions that were built for the victims of 1999 Vargas floods, which
are registered in new polling stations installed there to which we
still lack access. In Catia it is impossible to convoke opposition
demonstrations. We are still mourning the murder of Horacio Blanco
product of hate campaign funded by the Mayor of Caracas. Lawyers at
the Guild National Movement of Popular Will are building the file to
report the Horacio Blanco?s death as a homicide under systematic
crushing against demonstrations of dissent.
Those who suggest that the Democratic Unity Roundtable does not work,
and seem so important, so influential and so respectable, motivate
their followers to choose voting on other tickets, thus fostering
officialism to achieve their main goal to divide the opposition. In
the Democratic Unity Roundtable are represented all ideological
trends. With the attitude of rejection of Democratic Unity Roundtable
we demoralize the opposition and officialists provide arguments to
keep shouting a no return. Reading to opponents of the Democratic
Unity Roundtable is like reading any officialist. They seem to hate
the Democratic Unity Roundtable. Maybe they don?t hate them, but
neither do they seem to tolerate. For if you do not tolerate, how do
you pretend to be tolerated by the adversary? Intolerance is the enemy
of good policy. That is why in the Democratic Unity Roundtable we are
fighting hard to win a qualified majority in the National Assembly, to
allow us to remove the heads of the other branches of government and
convene a National Constituent Assembly, in order to restructure
completely the judicial, executive and legislative powers.
Divisions do not suit us, absolute discipline is sought. The future
will not necessarily emulate the past. We are now part of this and
would rather not lose our integrity and reputation through wrong
business. Some say the opposition are not sheep but lippy. That lack
of discipline always conveys our loss. Fortunately we are now millions
of former ruling party militants in the Democratic Unity Roundtable
and we are being successful in promoting the virtues of discipline,
and so now we will be winners. Meanwhile lippies and divisionists
settle for losing to exert permanent opposition as they do not want to
govern. Undaunted radicalism supporters find it unpleasant to realize
cold turkey that they followed failed strategies during too many
years. They should follow with discipline whatever emanates from the
new Democratic Unity Roundtable, supported by a significant minority
from the ruling party who does know about politics. Otherwise we?ll
lose again.
There are circuits where the ruling party has always won by wide
margin, as the circuit 7 in Miranda (Santa Lucía - Santa Teresa) since
they are not the steak the opposition does not pay enough attention.
In the coming days we will be visiting the area to see how we can flip
the odds there too. If the opposition loses, it will be due to our own
responsibility as we choose to only win in the usual media favored
circuits. The state of emergency seeks to rip away potential
opposition candidates and favor a win for officialists. They are also
campaigning and seeking votes everywhere. The Democratic Unity
Roundtable must keep activating around absolutely the whole country
with energy, optimism, strength and faith. Skeptics ask: "How do you
win National Assembly with traps and continued negotiations between
the Democratic Unity Roundtable and the regime?" Activists Respond:
With votes. As discontent with officialism entails joining parties
ascribed to the Democratic Unity Roundtable and participating in
workshops about defense of the vote, opportunities for fraud are
minimized. Many people are considering discharging from PSUV and even
also from other officialist parties. They are tired of serving as
machinery for a regime that failed its promise, and they know that to
continue their political lives they need to formally join opposition
parties.
The major concentration in September led to the opportunity to provide
platform and right of speech to the leaders of the Brave People
Alliance, Democratic Action, A New Time, Popular Will, Justice First,
Advanced Progressive and Democratic Unity Roundtable. All the speakers
were our Democratic Unity Roundtable candidates on electoral campaign
to reach the National Assembly. At the end of the event a woman took
the microphone to say that María Corina Machado is part of the Unity.
As we know now she swung her vote toward divisiveness, a decision was
made to cut the audio. This was an act of the Democratic Unity
Roundtable and María Corina Machado is a political adversary because
now supports external candidates competing against our candidates. The
event concluded with a musician who played a four string guitar
(cuatro) honoring Leopoldo López and political prisoners. Several
attendees to the concentration commented outraged that, in her
eagerness to permanent leading role, Machado now insists on breaking
the unity for which activists tirelessly work for free. She came and
was on stage for about ten minutes accompanied by Antonieta Mendoza de
López in her capacity as a personal friend, to the event, but was not
given right to speak. When candidates started talking she evacuated
the platform. The Democratic Unity Roundtable is necessary. Several
activists of Popular Will commented that we finally no longer bet on
divisiveness, instead we build unity as a function of our strength. We
continue learning to add.
Unity consists in converging our thoughts towards a single program
line. As long as keep ourselves divided we?ll continue sponsoring
officialism to apply electoral defeats upon us. The great progress of
private American oil industry and the Australian and South African
mining industry exemplifies the desirability of providing
opportunities for the private sector to take ownership of oil and
mineral resources in Venezuela. We fully support for the Democratic
Unity Roundtable in Lara state, particularly vulnerable given the
unfortunate candidacies, outside our coalition, from cooperating
patriotism and other sectors interested in perpetuating the ruling
party in power. There participates for Popular Will our acting
national political coordinator, Luis Florido, as a candidate on
Circuit 1.
During September concentration in Chacao we were particularly pleased
by interventions from Delsa Solórzano, Juan Guaidó and Henry Ramos
Allup. We also noted Justice First youth leaders such Hernandez and
Pizarro, from the generation of Stalin González and Freddy Guevara,
all candidates. Certainly the need to legislate in favor of equal
marriage will be responsibility of the next National Assembly. For
this we count on our candidate Tamara Adrian, who joined the other
candidates in the unity podium and looked very cheerful and smiley. We
are under the impression that certain personalities exclude
themselves, and thus provided the opportunity to consolidate and later
expand this unity. We are on the right side of history. It seems that
Henrique Capriles Radonski lately shows scenic fright and prefers not
to deal with undaunted radicalism. That day he fled to his comfort
zone in popular areas. Somehow we understand. Undaunted radicalism is
highly intolerant and its demographic ratio is minor, but anyway
politicians have to deal with serving the entire electorate. Our
candidate for deputy from Guarenas-Guatire, Gilbert Caro, visits home
by home every day in that circuit and had time to attend the Chacao
concentration. He was even congratulated by Chuo Torrealba in his
capacity as expert on neighborhoods radar.+
Some complain that this generation of politicians is the most mediocre
and pirate that Venezuela has ever known. We do all humanly possible.
We have no budget to conduct worthy election campaigns and are at the
mercy of a hostile electorate that despite our best intentions and
proposals criticizes us at burlesque mode and lecture us on impossible
to meet requirements, while steadfastly refusing to form part of
volunteering and militancy. If those enlightened understand the
virtues of discipline and teamwork, and give the example of possible
future good management through strict adherence to rigorous etiquette
at social networks, perhaps these enlightened could form political
organization acceptable for the standards of the Democratic Unity Table.
We repudiate the condescension of this pope with dictator Fidel
Castro. This pope will destroy what remains of Catholic Church. The
only hope left to the Catholic Church would be drop its blunt
rejection of equal marriage. If they do not change their rules they
will continue losing faithful. Surely the church will carry out a
market survey to assess the desirability of approving equal marriage.
Otherwise, they will be exposed to withstand a decline in their
revenue accounting items. The church is indeed profit. It has a huge
fortune that allowed it, thanks to money collected abroad, to
establish itself as a sovereign state. For its principles and
traditional teachings are discriminatory and violate the human rights
of many people. Nothing exempts churches be immune to many lawsuits
and disputes that may ascribe the victims of discrimination.
Homophobic line of PSUV promised pregnant birdies to its preliminary
candidate for deputy Leandro Villoria, after winning the primaries
during the pride march in July. The leadership decided to appoint
other people by finger. For this reason millions of sexually diverse
officialists will this time vote for the Democratic Unity Roundtable
and our Popular Will candidate Tamara Adrian will defend their
interests. Of course it is a matter of politics. Now we enjoy all
hostile phrases that we learned of them when they taunted the
opposition. Now it will be up to the ruling party during this campaign
to endure all our tactics that will lead the regime to face a crushing
and humiliating electoral defeat this time. Sweet papaya in the
Democratic Unity Roundtable! During election campaigns, politicians
usually devote our best efforts to win them. That is our job, in the
same way that athletes train to win competitions. And it is not by any
means whatsoever, it is specifically seeking votes in accordance with
rules previously known by the parties.
Some regard the Democratic Unity Roundtable as the lesser evil. We
differ from that perception. The Democratic Unity Roundtable is a
fascinating coalition whose management maturity will progressively
convey us to the Best Venezuela. Since January 31, 2014 equal marriage
proposal rests in the National Assembly. There has been no political
will on the part of the current authorities in the awning of the
ruling party to discuss it. That is why this proposal is now an
electoral flag designed to attract the vote of sexual diversity away
from officialism and in favor of the Democratic Unity Roundtable. Here

border disputes seem outmoded and obstruct the American unification.
It's not about immigrating to Guyana and defending it from there, but
being more useful generating international opinion matrices from our
Caracas headquarters. Caracas ranks as the unfriendliest city of the
world. We do not care. It's our city and we devote all our waking time
to contribute to such political change that will bring a virtuous
cycle. Nowadays the National Telephone Company takes twenty (20)
working days to repair external wiring problems. Of course billing
remains intact.
Radical, terrified government supporters do not even want to imagine
in whose hands PDVSA would end up; because our oil should be exploited
by a mixed capital company listing shares on the Caracas Stock
Exchange. Freedom of speech defending officialism is not pink and
sponsors profanity, vilification and lies within ambiguously
reasonable limits. We shared apartment by apartment in UD2 Caricuao
with candidates Richard Blanco, Ivlev Silva and Rafael Veloz. We then
joined Tomas Guanipa at the buildings in upper La Vega. We are touring
sites where before could not come the Democratic Unity Roundtable.
Beware of Min-Unity, it supports government candidates but their
activists dress and distribute flyers in the same light blue of the
Democratic Unity Roundtable. We just arrived from an apartment by
apartment in Quebradita near Artigas. Three full buildings of 25
floors each, all through stairs. Candidates Richard Blanco, Stalin
Gonzalez and Rafael Veloz were treated like rock stars while
companions were very cheerful and numerous. People complain that they
spent all day queuing at the market and found nothing. We were blocked
with shotguns and pistols in the crowded walk organized by the
Democratic Unity Roundtable in Carapita. Irate neighbors poured water
to saboteurs and shouted: ?out the dictatorship!?
I am four months old at Popular Will. Each month the responsibility is
greater and surprises will continue at this rate. Let us promote
further swing votes.

Sí estamos de acuerdo con las denuncias del Procurador de Colombia
contra el régimen venezolano en la Corte Interamericana de Derechos
Humanos, en la Organización de Naciones Unidas, en el Tribunal
Internacional de la Haya, y en cualquier otra instancia multilateral.
A dichas instancias acudió la oposición venezolana para impugnar las
recientes elecciones presidenciales en las cuales hubo fraude. Una
comisión de la ONU ya fue a Guyana y otra a Colombia. El planeta está
horrorizado con los conflictos que inventa este régimen y la comunidad
internacional ha decidido prestar todo el apoyo posible a nuestros
vecinos. Ahora necesitamos todo el apoyo de Guyana y Colombia para
desenmascarar a este régimen neototalitario e ilegítimo, ya que como
estados amigos ellos tienen herramientas que carecemos los ciudadanos
comunes.
Repartimos cientos de volantes de Liberen a Leopoldo López en la parte
alta de Carapita y en el metro. Todos los reciben. Ya casi no quedan
oficialistas. En Voluntad Popular contamos con redes populares como
estructura fundamental de base para garantizar que el trabajo social
desemboque en trabajo político. La cúpula oficialista responsabiliza a
sus adversarios de todos los males, buscan cualquier excusa posible
para desentenderse de los graves delitos de odio en los que han
incurrido a lo largo de sus largas y equivocadas vidas. Absolutamente
todo el daño que han hecho se les retribuirá pues fomentaremos una
mejor Venezuela con legislaciones que promuevan la justicia y el
castigo a la delincuencia. Cuando las leyes son aplicadas
estrictamente, la ciudadanía toma conciencia que debe actuar conforme
a dicha ley, de lo contrario es sancionada o privada de libertad.
Incentivemos el cumplimiento de las leyes. El desprecio por la
legalidad ha motivado a muchas personas a cometer delitos y vulnerar
los derechos de otras personas, uno de los derechos humanos vulnerados
es precisamente la imposición de un ambiente hostil propicio a la
homofobia.
La ciudadanía se concentró el viernes 4 de septiembre de 2015 a las 9
am en las inmediaciones del Palacio de Justicia en el centro de
Caracas. Gracias a los activistas de Voluntad Popular Lara, Aragua,
Carabobo y Vargas por habernos acompañado en Caracas durante la
audiencia de Leopoldo López. Gracias a Henry Ramos Allup por haber
compartido sus experiencias de su carrera política con Voluntad
Popular y reafirmar la Unidad. Coincidimos en mucho. Henry Ramos Allup
conversaba con Eduardo Battistini, Luis Florido, Freddy Guevara y
conmigo acerca de la necesidad de volver a un congreso bicameral donde
se restaure un senado federal además de los diputados. Y nos contó
cómo puso en ridículo a quienes lo retuvieron en el aeropuerto de
Maiquetía hasta que lo liberaron. Somos testigos que por fin contamos
con una Mesa de la Unidad Democrática muy sólida y cohesionada.
Agradecemos a Ramos Allup que haya compartido largo tiempo en
conversación sin apuros y sin agenda con quienes nos concentramos
cerca del Palacio de Justicia. A diferencia de Julio Borges y María
Corina Machado quienes llegaron, se tomaron fotos, declararon a la
prensa e inmediatamente se largaron. Nos da la impresión que Ramos
Allup ahora depende de la militancia actual de Voluntad Popular para
perpetuar lo positivo que haya quedado de la vieja Acción Democrática.
De lo contrario no hubiese demostrado tanto interés en compartir en
igualdad de condiciones con nosotros. Cuando los políticos tienen
cosas más importantes que hacer que conectarse con la militancia,
arrojan una inconveniente imagen de soberbia. Ramos Allup rejuveneció
mientras Borges y Machado envejecieron. Quien se porte mejor entre
Borges y Ramos Allup ganará la presidencia de la Asamblea Nacional. Se
escuchan propuestas alusivas a terceras candidaturas. Por los momentos
no parece haber más nadie sino ellos dos para asumir dicho cargo.
¿Algún joven quizás? ¿Con qué maquinaria contará dicho joven para
promover su candidatura frente a cualquiera de ellos? ¿Y quién es ese
joven?
Tamara Adrian allí nos comentaba que la ausencia de candidaturas
oficialistas sexodiversas lamentablemente pegó duro al activismo rojo.
La Mesa de la Unidad Democrática tiene el crédito de incluir
candidaturas sexodiversas que lucharán por la aprobación del
matrimonio igualitario, promesa inconclusa del PSUV que ha motivado
una inmensa migración de votos fuera de la revolución. La MUD ha
acertado en comprender la trascendencia del tema más importante de
esta campaña electoral, que por sí solo será suficiente para
liberarnos de este nefasto castrocomunismo. La prisión de Guaidó
durante algunas horas motivó a que fuese una de las personas más
aplaudidas en los diversos discursos que pronunció. A las 4 pm nos
fuimos de la concentración en la iglesia Santa Teresa hacia el frente
del Palacio de Justicia donde cantamos el himno nacional en un sitio
donde Leopoldo López y los alguaciles nos pudieron escuchar. Luego
tomamos el metro en cambote gigantesco. Conversé con Freddy Guevara en
pleno vagón del metro, y allí le comenté en frente de todos los
pasajeros cómo fue mi cambio de opinión después que voté por Maduro
para integrarme a la oposición. En el vagón Freddy Guevara explicó la
actividad con su megáfono y llegamos a la Plaza Bolívar de Chacao
donde continuó la vigilia.
Hemos llegado a la conclusión que las palabras "socialistas", "la
derecha", etc. son sólo vocablos que los políticos utilizamos a
nuestra entera conveniencia. Muchos se identifican como socialistas
porque suena de moda del mismo modo que pocos se identifican como de
derecha porque suena feo. Ser socialista en Venezuela es simplemente
un cliché de moda para captar votos. Corresponde a los partidos
opositores diseñar estrategias inéditas que conduzcan a un discurso
que permita un sano debate de propuestas. Muchos oficialistas admiten
que la estrategia de Leopoldo de haberse entregado le funciona, pues
Maduro solito está construyendo un nuevo Chávez cuya popularidad
creció estando preso.
Una semana después acudimos nuevamente cerca del Palacio de Justicia.
Activistas de Voluntad Popular liderados por concejal metropolitana
Gladys Castillo estábamos apoyados por un grupo de Primero Justicia
liderado por concejal metropolitano Máximo Sánchez, eso nos da
esperanza que nuestros partidos seguirán limando asperezas. Había un
punto rojo con consignas y música oficialistas a todo volumen. Antes
del mediodía la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana y la Policía Nacional
Bolivariana nos cercaron y abrieron paso a colectivos violentos
quienes corrieron a pegarnos con tubos, nos lanzaron botellas,
quemaron nuestras banderas, robaron nuestras carteras y celulares e
impidieron que se levantaran quienes caían al suelo. Nuestro activista
Horacio Blanco sufrió un infarto y se le negó ser trasladado con
prontitud a emergencias, y llegó al hospital Vargas sin signos
vitales. Algunos grupos debieron resguardarse en comercios cercanos
que bajaron sus santamarías. Hemos tomado la decisión de no responder
violentamente a quienes fueron violentos contra nosotros, para no
proporcionar excusa al régimen de suspender las elecciones.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar brevemente con Chuo Torrealba, a
quien le expresé que oficialistas decentes, aunque todavía consideren
a Capriles culpable de incitar violencia en 2013 y a Leopoldo culpable
de incitar violencia en 2014, ahora les toca considerar a varios
liderazgos oficialistas culpables de incitar violencia en 2015. El 33%
de los activistas de Voluntad Popular provenimos del oficialismo y es
nuestra estrategia ampliar dicho proporción para seguir creciendo.
Necesitamos adecuar nuestras estrategias para convencerlos a unirse a
la oposición comprendiendo de dónde vienen. Muchos opositores ya están
identificados con otros partidos o en su defecto aborrecen la
política. Nuestro crecimiento se afinca en captar al electorado que
votaba por el oficialismo y ahora está descontento con el PSUV. Los
activistas de Voluntad Popular somos irreverentes y no nos
amedrentamos por quienes se dicen de oposición y pretenden imponer
agendas de odio. Buscamos todos los derechos para todas las personas.
Nuestras publicaciones son artículos de consumo inmediato y no
necesariamente reflejan compromiso de adherencia ideológica. Reciben
un promedio de 4000 visitas diarias via web y llegan a dos millones de
suscriptores mensualmente vía correo electrónico. Todas nuestras
opiniones son del dominio público internacional de modo inmediato y
buscan fomentar fructíferos debates que generen cambios en matrices de
opinión preestablecidas. Persisten ejemplos de tozudez, con profundos
reconcomios y ansias de venganza, que dificultan la inclusión del
chavismo descontento como iguales en una amplia y diversa oposición
mayoritaria. Voluntad Popular a sus cuatro años ya se presenta como un
partido con mayor madurez que lo que nos tenía acostumbrados hasta
hace poco. Su rápido crecimiento ha motivado intercambio de ideas
frescas entre su nueva militancia y sus fundadores, y nos estamos
consolidando como la referencia más prometedora rumbo al futuro de la
Mesa de la Unidad Democrática y de Venezuela.
Esa semana fue atípica por la culminación del juicio contra Leopoldo
López, pero la semana siguiente retomamos nuestro activismo en el
suroeste de Caracas y en los Valles del Tuy. Como es del conocimiento
público, en ambas zonas hay mucha militancia oficialista que no se
siente bien atendida por las autoridades de turno. No dudamos que
existan algunas propuestas interesantes en el JPSUV, pero en los
circuitos que mencionados sus candidatos son los enchufadísimos
Jacqueline Farías y Elías Jaua, ninguno de los cuales representa el
cambio que todos anhelamos. La palabra "pueblo" es despectiva porque
ubica a los ciudadanos como una masa proclive a ser manipulada por
cúpulas corruptas. El continuo deterioro económico ha convencido a
muchos a retirarse de partidos del Gran Polo Patriótico y
recientemente ha aumentado el número de inscripciones en partidos de
la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. El año próximo dispondremos de un
congreso opositor que contrarrestará a los demás poderes.
Nosotros no queremos que se suspendan las elecciones. Queremos
participar en ellas contando con observación internacional y prevemos
ganarlas. Ramos Allup declaró que tenemos altas posibilidades de ganar
el voto popular en TODOS los estados porque los bastiones oficialistas
de antaño han cambiado contundentemente su preferencia a favor de la
Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. No añoremos otros tiempos pues seguimos
en la barbarie de siempre. En regímenes militares y dictatoriales como
los de Gómez, Pérez Jiménez y Maduro se han violado los derechos
humanos y nuestros derechos políticos han sido vulnerados y
reprimidos. La agresividad es cómplice del asesinato de Horacio
Blanco, activista de Voluntad Popular, quien falleció producto de la
emboscada de las hordas violentas que impunemente disolvieron la
concentración pacífica que manteníamos cerca del Palacio de Justicia.
Vente Venezuela apoya la candidatura de MIN-Unidad en el circuito 3 de
Lara. MIN-Unidad apoya la candidatura del PSUV en el circuito 3 de
Miranda. ¿Significa esto que María Corina Machado saltó la talanquera
a favor del oficialismo? En todo caso aplaudimos que haya desistido de
su previo rechazo rotundo al diálogo. Cumplimos con advertir al equipo
de María Corina Machado muchísimas contradicciones desde finales de
2013. Dedicamos muchísimo tiempo a disposición de ellos. Nos esmeramos
en explicarles que la cuarta fase de la salida debía ocurrir antes que
la segunda. Quizás María Corina Machado necesita conocer al chavismo a
fondo, ponerse en sus zapatos, como hace años tomamos esa decisión
cuando nos integramos con los tupamaros. Quizás eso sea un aprendizaje
positivo para ella puesto que su conocimiento actual del país es
incompleto. Pero va con la tarjeta MIN-Unidad que en el circuito 3 de
Miranda respalda al candidato del PSUV William Ojeda quien es el
adversario de nuestros candidatos de la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática
Miguel Pizarro y Angel Alvarado.
Todavía no nos recuperamos del estupor cuando ella adversó a Freddy
Guevara en el circuito 2 de Miranda, ya que él había apoyado a María
Corina Machado para todo durante 2014. Quien va contra la Mesa de la
Unidad Democrática es oficialista. Incluso en la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática estamos pendientes de recordar que nuestra tarjeta está
abajo y a la izquierda, la tarjeta MIN-unidad tiene colores parecidos
y está cerca, y desde hace semanas estamos denunciando que es una
treta del oficialismo para captar votos opositores que se equivoquen
involuntariamente de tarjeta. Pareciera que María Corina Machado sigue
el ejemplo de su suplente Ricardo Sánchez quien hace meses saltó
contundentemente la talanquera. Luego de conversar con Ramos Allup y
Chuo Torrealba en días recientes, los vemos muy claros en su
estrategia para asumir el control de la Asamblea Nacional en pocos
meses. Es lamentable que María Corina Machado haya decidido romper la
unidad y no participar en actividades de consenso con ellos. Ahora
sólo le queda apoyar tarjetas financiadas por el oficialismo. Cuando
María Corina va, ya estamos viniendo. El divisionismo contra la MUD
con el cual ella ahora coquetea hace meses concluimos que es nocivo.
Sugerimos nuevamente a Maria Corina Machado que disciplinadamente
regrese al carril unitario si realmente aspira a sumar voluntades para
la gobernación de Miranda. Pues ella ahora está con MIN-Unidad, la
tarjeta del chavismo que tiene a Petare inundado con costosas campañas
publicitarias "Sucre merece algo mejor - hablan las urbanizaciones -
Basta de anarquía. William Ojeda." Mientras que la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática no dispone de recursos para igualar tanta opulencia
publicitaria en ese circuito donde resido. Copei ha tenido la
gallardía de olvidarse de su tarjeta y sumar su militancia al servicio
de la MUD sin pretensiones de aspirar a ningún cargo, como
compensación a los bochornosos espectáculos que nos ofrecieron a raíz
de sus diatribas internas en meses recientes. Técnicamente no es una
decisión de Copei sino de los copeyanos destituidos por el Tribunal
Supremo de Justicia. La actual directiva de Copei al igual que
MIN-Unidad está íntimamente relacionada con decisiones procedentes del
oficialismo.
María Corina Machado traicionó a quienes la quisimos y apoyamos
durante tanto tiempo y ahora le tocará asumir la soledad. Yo salté del
oficialismo a la oposición y ahora María Corina Machado salta de la
oposición al oficialismo. Con este juego de suma cero nos será muy
difícil salir del oficialismo. Justamente para evitar esta
controversia en Voluntad Popular decidimos abandonar la aspiración de
tarjeta mixta y abrazar la tarjeta única justamente para que el resto
de la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática no nos acusase de oficialistas. Lo
relevante es que están fuera de la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática por
decisión propia, pues nosotros hicimos lo posible por mantener a todos
unidos. Es reciente el recuerdo de cómo perdimos las alcaldías de
Caracas y de El Tigre, entre otras ciudades, pues la oposición
compitió con dos candidaturas y eso la debilitó ante una candidatura
oficialista triunfante.
Aun cuando Voluntad Popular oficialmente es de centro-izquierda,
nuestros activistas reconocen la necesidad de apertura económica y de
proporcionar oportunidades para la inversión privada y el libre
mercado. Necesitamos los ciudadanos libres y organizados conformar
sistemas que suplan las carencias del estado populista, e inculquen
cultura, educación, principios y valores a beneficio de las nuevas
generaciones. Las creencias religiosas varían de religión en religión,
por ese motivo es común que los países recientemente hayan optado por
el laicismo para proteger a los ciudadanos del acoso e intolerancia
promovida por las religiones. Los fundamentalismos cristiano e
islámico son cada vez más violatorios a los derechos humanos y civiles
que con tanto esfuerzo hemos logrado conquistar.
Nuestra prioridad es lograr migración de votos que iban al PSUV a
favor de la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. Por ese motivo es crucial
entusiasmar a la sexodiversidad del oficialismo que vote masivamente
por la oposición. Sólo así lograremos mayoría. Pero vigilaremos que
los paladines de la homofobia no utilicen a ese nuevo electorado con
fines netamente populistas. Cuando la gente se fastidia de un partido
político, se quita una franela sucia de un color y se pone una franela
limpia de otro color. Las encuestadoras incurren en el negocio de
medir ese proceso agregado a nivel nacional. Los homofóbicos quizás
elijan votar por el oficialismo que no ofrece candidaturas
sexodiversas. Serán ellos los nuevos saltatalanqueras y culpables de
motivar la persistencia de este horrendo castrocomunismo que no nos
deja progresar. La prioridad no es que los militantes de oposición se
sigan comportando como tales. Si no buscan ser gobierno seguirán la
receta segura a una nueva y aplastante derrota electoral,
magistralmente explicada por José Vicente Rangel en su programa de los
domingos. No gracias.
Acompañamos a los candidatos Manuel García y Felicidad Villegas por la
MUD en el circuito 6 de Miranda, municipios Cristóbal Rojas
(Charallave), Simón Bolívar (Yare), Lander (Ocumare del Tuy) y
Urdaneta (Cúa) en casa por casa en cerros populares. Casi todas las
personas manifestaron haber sido oficialistas y sin embargo nos
dijeron que sí votarán por la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. Es
nuestro compromiso seguir el buen trabajo sin equivocarnos para no
defraudar la responsabilidad que estamos asumiendo ante ellos. No
tenemos acceso a los nuevos urbanismos de la misión vivienda, pero
haremos lo posible por visitar todos los sectores populares
tradicionales del circuito durante el resto de la campaña. Es mucho
más sabroso hacer campaña en la calle donde ves gente alegre y
esperanzada, que leer en redes sociales las amarguras de quienes nunca
han aprendido a hacer política de calle y se limitan a quejarse de
todo lo que hacemos los que sí pateamos calle. ¡Feliz cumpleaños
Acción Democrática! Los activistas de partidos de la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática congregados esa mañana en los barrios de Charallave le
cantamos cumpleaños feliz a ese partido y agradecemos su contribución
a la creciente unidad en curso.
Necesitamos técnicos, economistas, gente que logre cambiar el rumbo.
Por ese motivo participamos en el Equipo Nacional de Activistas (ENA)
Gremios de Voluntad Popular, donde los profesionales de múltiples
sectores debatimos propuestas de país que ayuden a conformar la Mejor
Venezuela. En zonas populares de Charallave el equipo de Voluntad
Popular se comprometió a proporcionar pintura, cercas metálicas y
otros insumos para reparar una cancha deportiva en estado deficiente.
Los habitantes de la zona se comprometieron a poner la mano de obra.
Para quienes nos acusen de populistas: el PSUV con mucho más recursos
ni siquiera logra ese gesto ¿Proponen acaso que esa cancha deportiva
siga en estado deficiente por tiempo indefinido? Prometemos lo que sí
podemos cumplir. No disponemos de tiempo para desperdiciar en
discusiones estériles con empantuflados que exigen fotos para creer
nuestra participación en actividades recientes, a quienes invitamos
más bien a integrarse en los equipos de comunicaciones de la Mesa de
la Unidad Democrática. Necesitamos fotógrafos y reporteros que
divulguen con mayor ímpetu nuestras actividades de calle.
Nuestras energías están abocadas en formar la nueva militancia de
Voluntad Popular que hemos ayudado reclutar recientemente, y que
compensa con creces cualquier baja o amenaza proveniente del
majunchismo impertérrito que amenaza salirse de la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática para seguirle el juego al oficialismo. ¡Fuerza y fe! La
Mesa de la Unidad Democrática en pleno también esté en el lado
correcto de la historia, hemos usado el 2014 y parte del 2015 para
ventilar diferencias y contradicciones, sin embargo en las parroquias
y circuitos rápidamente nos acoplamos cada vez mejor en torno a
nuestros candidatos ganadores. El matrimonio igualitario refuerza
nuestro lema de todos los derechos para todas las personas. Y
ciertamente estamos conversando con gente que pide el almuerzo y la
caja de cerveza, en ocasiones se les puede complacer pero por lo
general les estamos advirtiendo que el oficialismo próximamente
llegará como jíbaro con regalos para tentarlos de vuelta a la adicción
revolucionaria.
En los sectores populares la gente está muy centrada en los problemas
que requieren solución, y no manifiestan la soberbia de clases
acomodadas que detrás de un teclado pretenden imponer radicalismos.
Muchos oficialistas nos toman tan en serio que votarán por la Mesa de
la Unidad Democrática, hay posibilidades si proseguimos el buen
trabajo de ganar los circuitos 6 y 7 de los Valles del Tuy en Miranda
que todos habían dado por perdido. Hacer campaña electoral en sectores
de clases acomodadas es difícil: la gente anda de mal humor, te tiran
la puerta, y sin tener ninguna experiencia política insisten en exigir
a los partidos políticos cómo debemos proceder. En las clases
populares, la receptividad es mucho más entusiasta. Quizás estemos
observando que las clases acomodadas muy críticas hacia la oposición
negocian con la reciente boliburguesía del PSUV para cuidar sus
intereses económicos, ya que las grandes mayorías estamos con el
cambio que propone la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. Hasta ahora la
campaña del oficialismo ha consistido en recopilar listados para
adjudicación de productos.
Ganaremos el circuito 6 de Miranda siempre y cuando persistamos en
actividades de calle a nivel local. El barrio cercano al centro de
Charallave fue el primero al cual acudimos, sin embargo existen muchos
otros barrios que deben ser visitados a los cuales anteriormente no
teníamos acceso y todavía no nos conocen. En ese circuito hay muchos
nuevos votantes de las misiones vivienda que se construyeron para los
damnificados de Vargas durante 1999, los cuales están inscritos en
nuevos centros de votación allí instalados a los cuales aun no tenemos
acceso. En Catia es imposible convocar manifestaciones opositoras.
Todavía estamos de duelo por el asesinato de Horacio Blanco producto
de la campaña de odio financiada por la Alcaldía de Caracas. Los
abogados del Movimiento Nacional Gremios en Voluntad Popular se
encuentran armando el expediente para denunciar la muerte de Horacio
Blanco como homicidio en el marco de aplastamiento sistemático a las
movilizaciones de la disidencia.
Quienes sugieren que la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática no sirve, y
parecen tan importantes, tan influyentes y tan respetables, motivan
que sus seguidores elijan votar por otras tarjetas, propiciando así al
chavismo su meta principal de dividir a la oposición. En la Mesa de la
Unidad Democrática están representadas todas las tendencias
ideológicas. Con la actitud de rechazo hacia la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática desmoralizamos a la oposición y proporcionamos argumentos
al oficialismo para seguir gritando no volverán. Leer a los
adversarios de la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática es como leer a
cualquier chavista. Parecen odiar a la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática.
Quizás no los odien, pero tampoco parecen tolerarlos. Pues si no
toleras, ¿cómo pretendes que el adversario te tolere? La intolerancia
es enemiga de la buena política. Por eso mismo en la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática estamos luchando arduamente para ganar mayoría calificada
en la asamblea nacional que nos permita remover las cabezas de los
demás poderes públicos y convocar a la Asamblea Nacional
Constituyente, de modo de restructurar por completo los poderes
judicial, ejecutivo y legislativo.
No nos convienen divisiones sino absoluta disciplina. El futuro no
necesariamente emulará al pasado. Nosotros ahora formamos parte de
esto y preferiríamos no perder nuestra integridad ni reputación con
malos negocios. Dicen que en la oposición no son borregos sino
contestones. Por esa falta de disciplina siempre perdemos.
Afortunadamente ahora somos millones de antiguos oficialistas
militando en partidos de la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática y estamos
siendo exitosos en promover las virtudes de la disciplina, y por eso
ahora seremos ganadores. Mientras los contestones y divisionistas se
conformarán con perder para ejercer oposición permanente ya que no
quieren gobernar. A los simpatizantes del majunchismo impertérrito les
resulta desagradable darse cuenta de trancazo que han seguido
estrategias fracasadas durante demasiados años. Deberán seguir
disciplinadamente lo que emane de la nueva Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática apoyada por una significativa minoría procedente del
oficialismo que sí sabe de política. O de lo contrario perderemos otra
vez.
Existen circuitos donde siempre ha ganado el oficialismo por amplísimo
margen, como el circuito 7 en Miranda (Santa Lucía - Santa Teresa) y
como no son el lomito la oposición no les presta suficiente atención.
En los próximos días estaremos visitando la zona a ver cómo podremos
voltear la tortilla allí también. Si la oposición pierde, será por
nuestra propia responsabilidad al sólo ocuparnos de ganar en los
mediáticos circuitos de siempre. El estado de excepción busca tumbarle
diputados a la oposición y ganarlos para el oficialismo. Ellos también
están en campaña y en búsqueda de votos por todas partes. La Mesa de
la Unidad Democrática debe seguirse activando por absolutamente todo
el país con energía, optimismo, fuerza y fe. Preguntan los escépticos:
"¿Cómo se gana la Asamblea Nacional con las trampas continuadas y las
negociaciones entre la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática y el régimen?"
Respondemos los activistas: Con votos. A medida que el oficialismo
descontento siga inscribiéndose en partidos adscritos a la Mesa de la
Unidad Democrática y participando en talleres acerca de la defensa del
voto, las posibilidades de fraude se minimizan. Mucha gente está
considerando desincorporarse del PSUV e incluso también de otros
partidos oficialistas. Ellos están cansados de servir como maquinaria
para un régimen que no cumplió lo prometido, y saben que para
proseguir sus vidas políticas necesitan integrarse formalmente en
partidos de oposición.
La gran concentración de septiembre propició la ocasión para ofrecer
tarima y derecho de palabra a los liderazgos de Alianza al Bravo
Pueblo, Acción Democrática, Un Nuevo Tiempo, Voluntad Popular, Primero
Justicia, Avanzada Progresista y la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática.
Todos los voceros eran nuestros candidatos de la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática en campaña electoral para llegar a la Asamblea Nacional.
Al final del evento una señora tomó el micrófono para decir que María
Corina Machado es parte de la Unidad. Como sabemos que ella ahora
saltó la talanquera hacia el divisionismo, se tomó la decisión de
cortarle el audio. Éste era un acto de la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática y María Corina Machado es una adversaria política pues
ahora apoya a candidatos externos que compiten contra nuestros
candidatos. Se procedió a despedir el evento con un músico que tocó el
cuatro en honor a Leopoldo López y a los presos políticos. Varios de
los asistentes a la concentración comentábamos indignados que, en su
afán de protagonismo permanente, Machado ahora se empeña en quebrar la
unidad por la cual los activistas de manera gratuita trabajamos
incansablemente. Acudió y estuvo en la tarima durante aproximadamente
diez minutos acompañada de Antonieta Mendoza de López en su carácter
de amiga personal, al inicio del evento, pero no se le dio derecho de
palabra. Cuando comenzaron a hablar los candidatos desalojó la tarima.
La Mesa de la Unidad Democrática es necesaria. Comentábamos varios
activistas de Voluntad Popular que por fin ya no apostamos al
divisionismo sino a la construcción de unidad en función de nuestra
fortaleza. Seguimos aprendiendo a sumar.
La Unidad consiste en converger nuestros pensamientos hacia una sola
línea programática. Mientras sigamos divididos seguiremos auspiciando
al oficialismo a que nos aplique derrotas electorales. El estupendo
avance de la industria privada petrolera americana y de las industrias
mineras australiana y sudafricana ejemplifica la conveniencia de
proporcionar oportunidades al sector privado para que tomen propiedad
de recursos petroleros y mineros en Venezuela. Nuestro total apoyo a
la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática en el estado Lara, particularmente
vulnerable dadas las lamentables candidaturas, ajenas a nuestra
coalición, procedentes del patriotismo cooperante y otros sectores
interesados en perpetuar al oficialismo en el poder. Allí participa
por Voluntad Popular nuestro coordinador político nacional encargado,
Luis Florido, como candidato por el Circuito 1.
En la concentración de septiembre en Chacao fueron de nuestro
particular agrado las intervenciones de Delsa Solórzano, Juan Guaidó y
Henry Ramos Allup. También observamos liderazgos juveniles de Primero
Justicia como Hernández y Pizarro, de la generación de Stalin González
y Freddy Guevara, todos ellos candidatos. Ciertamente la necesidad de
legislar a favor del matrimonio igualitario será responsabilidad de la
próxima Asamblea Nacional. Para ello contamos con nuestra candidata
Tamara Adrian, quien acompañó a los demás candidatos en la tarima
unitaria y lucía muy alegre y sonreída. Nos da la impresión que
ciertas personalidades se autoexcluyen, y así proporcionan a quienes
nos quedamos la oportunidad de consolidar para posteriormente ampliar
esta Unidad. Estamos del lado correcto de la historia. Nos da la
impresión que Henrique Capriles Radonski últimamente tiene miedo
escénico y prefiere no lidiar con el majunchismo impertérrito. Ese día
huyó a su zona de confort en las zonas populares. De algún modo lo
comprendemos. El majunchismo impertérrito es altamente intolerante y
su proporción demográfica es minoritaria, pero los políticos de todos
modos tenemos que ocuparnos de atender a todo el electorado. Nuestro
candidato a diputado por Guarenas-Guatire, Gilber Caro, efectúa casas
por casa todos los días en el mencionado circuito y tuvo tiempo de
asistir a la concentración en Chacao. Incluso fue felicitado por Chuo
Torrealba en su condición de experto como radar de los barrios.
Algunos se quejan que ésta generación de políticos es de las más
mediocres y piratas que Venezuela jamás haya conocido. Hacemos lo
humanamente posible. No disponemos de presupuesto para efectuar
campañas electorales dignas y estamos a merced de un electorado hostil
que, a pesar de nuestras mejores intenciones y propuestas, nos critica
de modo burlesco y nos efectúa exigencias imposibles de cumplir,
mientras se niegan rotundamente a conformar parte del voluntariado y
de la militancia. Si esos iluminados comprendieran las virtudes de la
disciplina y del trabajo en equipo, y dieran el ejemplo de posible
buena futura gestión mediante su estricto apego a la etiqueta de rigor
para redes sociales, quizás dichos iluminados pudiesen conformar una
agrupación política admisible para los estándares de la Mesa de la
Unidad Democrática.
Repudiamos la condescendencia de este papa con el dictador Fidel
Castro. Este Papa va a acabar con lo que queda de Iglesia Católica. La
única esperanza que le queda a la Iglesia Católica sería desistir de
su obtuso rechazo al matrimonio igualitario. Si no cambian esas normas
seguirán perdiendo fieles. Seguramente la iglesia efectuará un estudio
de mercado para evaluar la conveniencia de aprobar el matrimonio
igualitario. De lo contrario, estará expuesta a soportar una merma en
sus partidas de ingresos contables. La iglesia sí tiene fines de
lucro. Dispone de una enorme fortuna que le ha permitido, gracias al
dinero que recolecta en el extranjero, erigirse como estado soberano.
Pues sus principios y enseñanzas tradicionales son discriminatorios y
contravienen los derechos humanos de muchas personas. Nada exime a las
iglesias ser inmunes a multitud de demandas y querellas que puedan
adjudicarle las víctimas de discriminación.
La homofóbica línea del PSUV prometió pajaritos preñados a su
precandidato a diputado Leandro Villoria, luego de haber ganado las
primarias durante la marcha por el orgullo en julio. Las cúpulas
decidieron imponer a dedo a otra gente. Por ese motivo millones de
oficialistas sexodiversos esta vez votarán por la Mesa de la Unidad
Democrática y nuestra candidata de Voluntad Popular Tamara Adrían
defenderá sus intereses. Por supuesto que es un asunto de la política.
Ahora disfrutamos todas las hostiles frases que aprendimos de ellos
cuando se burlaban de la oposición. Ahora al oficialismo corresponderá
durante esta campaña calarse todas nuestras tácticas que conducirán al
régimen a asumir una aplastante y humillante derrota electoral esta
vez. Dulce de lechoza en la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. Durante las
campañas electorales, los políticos solemos dedicar nuestros mejores
esfuerzos en ganarlas. En eso consiste nuestro oficio, del mismo modo
que los deportistas entrenan para ganar competencias. Y no es por el
medio que sea, es específicamente buscando votos según un reglamento
previamente conocido por las partes.
Algunos consideran a la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática como el mal
menor. Diferimos de esa percepción. La Mesa de la Unidad Democrática
es una fascinante coalición cuya madurez de gestión progresivamente
nos llevará a la Mejor Venezuela. Desde el 31 de enero de 2014 reposa
la propuesta de matrimonio igualitario en la Asamblea Nacional. No ha
habido voluntad política por parte de las autoridades actuales en la
tolda del oficialismo para discutirla. Por ese motivo esta propuesta
es ahora una bandera electoral destinada a captar la votación de la
sexodiversidad del oficialismo a favor de la MUD. Aquí hay mucho
atraso respecto a otras regiones del mundo y urge recuperar el tiempo
perdido, sin contemplaciones por la perpetuación de privilegios que
anhelan los homofóbicos. En muchos hogares se inculca la homofobia y
es responsabilidad de las escuelas y del estado velar porque los niños
no sean víctimas de violencia doméstica por ese motivo. Este es un
tema que no amerita justificación, sino simplemente hacer valer
derechos y promover legislaciones que los garanticen.
En caso de guerra sí defenderemos a Guyana. Nos sentimos bien
representados por Granger quien hace por su país lo mismo que haría
nosotros si estuviésemos en su lugar, es excelente modelo a ser
emulado por el próximo presidente de Venezuela. Guyana es nuestra
hermana república suramericana al igual que Colombia y lo que ocurra
de bueno para nuestros vecinos nos favorece a los venezolanos. Renace
la controversia marítima entre Chile y Bolivia. Sinceramente estos
pleitos limítrofes nos parecen pasados de moda y obstruyen la
unificación americana. No es cuestión de emigrar a Guyana y defenderla
desde allá, sino ser más útil generando matrices internacionales de
opinión desde nuestra sede en Caracas. Caracas se ubica como la ciudad
menos amigable del mundo. No nos importa. Es nuestra ciudad y
dedicaremos todo nuestro tiempo de vigilia para contribuir al cambio
político que traerá un círculo virtuoso. Aquí la compañía nacional
telefónica hoy en día tarda veinte (20) días hábiles para reparar
problemas de cableado externo. Por Supuesto la facturación sigue
intacta.
Oficialistas radicales aterrados no quieren ni imaginarse en manos de
quién quedaría PDVSA. Pues nuestra petrolera debería ser una compañía
de capital mixto que cotice sus acciones en la Bolsa de Valores de
Caracas. La libertad de expresión que defiende el oficialismo no es
rosa y auspicia groserías, vilipendios y mentiras dentro de límites
ambiguamente razonables. Hemos compartido bloque por bloque en UD2
Caricuao con los candidatos Richard Blanco, Ivlev Silva y Rafael
Veloz. Luego se nos unió Tomás Guanipa en los bloques de la parte alta
de La Vega. Estamos recorriendo sitios donde antes no pudo llegar la
Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. Cuidado con Min Unidad, respaldan a
candidatos oficialistas pero sus activistas visten y reparten volantes
del mismo azul claro de la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática. Venimos
llegando de un apartamento por apartamento en La Quebradita cerca de
Artigas. Tres bloques completos de 25 pisos cada uno, todo por las
escaleras. Los candidatos Richard Blanco, Stalin González y Rafael
Veloz los trataban como estrellas de rock y la comitiva muy alegre y
numerosa. La gente se queja que pasó todo el día haciendo colas en
mercado y no consiguió nada. Nos entromparon con escopetas y pistolas
en la concurrida caminata de la MUD por Carapita. Los vecinos furiosos
echaron agua a los saboteadores y gritaban: ?¡fuera la dictadura!?
Cumplo cuatro meses en Voluntad Popular. Cada mes la responsabilidad
es mayor y a este ritmo seguirán las sorpresas. Sigamos propiciando
saltos de talanquera.
