My new responsibilities in Popular Will include initiating a national
movement of miners' unions in conjunction with the regional unions?
movement of Bolivar state, and coordination activities for election
campaign in the 5th circuit of the Capital District for candidates
Richard Blanco and Rafael Veloz, with emphasis on activism for Macarao
and Antímano parishes. In Popular Will we debated over a month on the
mixed ticket against the unity ticket, and the thesis of the unique
ticket prevailed to restore our relations with the Democratic Unity
Roundtable, which had traditionally been tense. Now our policy is to
coordinate as much as possible through the Roundtable. We were
formerly criticizing for breaking the unity and now we are criticized
for strengthening it. Maduro teases on being embarrassed by the
struggles at the opposition Roundtable. At least we discuss openly and
strive to correct errors, which the ruling party never dares to try.
Several times Maria Corina Machado used Popular Will infrastructure to
catapult Vente Venezuela, and now she criticizes the candidacy of our
deputy national responsible, Freddy Guevara for the 2nd circuit of
Miranda state. It seems that it bothers her to abide by rules and
observations made elsewhere. When the Roundtable emits decisions they
must be obeyed. Popular Will realized it during the dispute between
unity and mixed tickets. Why does Vente Venezuela never seem to be
willing to give in? I do support Freddy Guevara. I?ve shared with him
several times and know his internal diatribes to reconcile both within
Popular Will and within the opposition Roundtable. He is someone who
talks to all kinds of people and is challenged to solve many
contradictions that others aren?t aware of. Popular Will is not a
chieftain party and there?s no blind following to any leader?s speech.
We count on many working groups; there we discuss all issues, and
always there are people for and against any proposal. As usual I have
my independent judgment, which often coincides with the national
leadership.
Perhaps therein lays the problem of Maria Corina Machado. She never
seems willing to negotiate. The principles and values are so ferrous
that any heterodox idea is fought at the level of enmity. It seems
healthier now that Popular Will takes its own course and won?t follow
blackmail promoted by intransigence. As I realized those mistakes made
by those who I once trusted, I?ve taken gradual decisions to search
more convenient paths. At this point the opposition candidate does not
matter. I myself had the opportunity to be a candidate outside the
Roundtable and then analyzing it for several months declined in favor
of absolute discipline to the opposition coallition. Hopefully
militants of Copei and Vente Venezuela will follow my example and
understand that we need absolute unity and we cannot keep kicking the
Roundtable.
Once we win the National Assembly, we will enjoy a single
parliamentary bloc and promote the National Constituent Assembly,
which will provide opportunities for Venezuela to change many issues
at once. In a democracy everyone has the right to express our opinion.
As we have already decided that all parties must abide by the designs
of the Roundtable, any departure from prior agreements will indeed
undermine the unity effort that we worked so hard to achieve. Politics
mutates and must adapt to changes. The rigidity of principles and
values is harmful to implement needed reforms.
What legacy of Chavez for Christ sake? Hyperinflation is greater than
200% in 2015; US dollar costs 700 bolivars, Caracas ranks as the most
violent city in the world, endless queues to not get anything to eat.
The hours I lost at the PDVAL queue are worth more than 21 US cents I
used to buy 7 items. The recent visibility of GLBT movement boasted by
officialism is a flick of what happened in the US in the 90s, with one
full generation of delay. Once the right wins the National Assembly,
we?ll enact amnesty law to free all political prisoners, and we?ll
convene national constituent assembly to destroy this system that does
not work and we?ll initiate a new and better one. Officialism
discharged resentment and armed groups for 16 years with impunity. We
have hundreds of thousands killed by insecurity, as this scheme favors
the thugs. Communism takes away our will and makes us addicted to
poverty. The dollar rises because this regime issues inorganic
bolivars to finance spending and waste, which enters the economy and
as there are no products to buy, then people choose to buy dollars at
any price. Exchange control must be dismantled.
China is in the midst of the bursting of its stock market bubble while
the US boasts thousands of successful startups. The Venezuelan regime
privileges contracts with China so that privates never become aware of
currently invented high tech in USA. It is much more important to
fight for equal marriage than for Essequibo. Many admit that we lost
that territory. We provide our words of encouragement for Exxon Mobil
to help develop a region so neglected for so many years. We
congratulate the President of Guyana, David Granger, for inviting
Australian mining companies to extract gold from Essequibo and
contributing to the development of our South American neighbor. Being
settled such controversy, we may devote ourselves again to the urgency
of the moment which is the adoption of equal marriage.
Tamara Adrian is our transgender Popular Will for the National
Assembly whose nomination breaks paradigms. On the other hand,
pronouncements continue from churches rejecting equal marriage. This
is a declaration of war. Churches must adapt to living in the new
times or they?ll gradually continue to receive repudiation of those
who denounce their hypocrisy. Obstructionists will be duly accounted
for and subsequently entered into a database of human rights
violators. Once equal marriage becomes approved, we?ll enter a new
phase of legal complaints against anyone who dares to discriminate.
They are shooting to kill: those who copying Nazism are inventing all
kinds of excuses in impunity for continued boycott to equal rights
deserved by sexual diversity. The lobby of intolerance and homophobia
is a direct participant in this civil war. Religious fundamentalism is
a warmonger and must be defeated immediately.
How many times have we seen fundamentalist Christians marching against
violence in the country or against the abuse of children by clerics?
Instead of taking care of their own lives, they are responsible for
condemning the love between two human beings by sending a message that
continues to criminalize, demonize, dehumanize, pathologizing groups
of people who have done nothing to their families or anyone else. We
have always existed, and with or without the right to marriage we
won?t cease to exist, or to join in couples, raising biological or
adoptive children, bred by both or either one of the partners. We?d
definitely recover our dignity as human beings, as families, as full
citizens. We are committed to equality and not to continue opening
gaps, inequalities and exclusion.

woman as a helpmate of man? It implies that women have to obey
whatever man says and pleases. Many evangelical leaders make a living
on the innocence of unsuspecting faithful and tithes, as these leaders
and pastors do not work and maintain excellent business."

Mis nuevas responsabilidades en Voluntad Popular constituyen el
impulso del movimiento nacional de gremios mineros en conjunto con el
movimiento regional de gremios del estado Bolívar, y actividades de
coordinación de campaña electoral en el circuito 5 del Distrito
Capital para los candidatos Richard Blanco y Rafael Veloz, con énfasis
en activismo para las parroquias Antímano y Macarao. En Voluntad
Popular debatimos durante casi dos meses debatiendo la tarjeta mixta
versus tarjeta única, y se impuso la tesis de la tarjeta única para
restablecer nuestras relaciones con la Mesa de la Unidad Democrática
que tradicionalmente habían sido tensas. Ahora nuestra política es
coordinar lo máximo posible a través de la Mesa. Antes nos criticaban
por quebrar la unidad y ahora nos critican por fortalecerla. Maduro se
burla que da vergüenza el papelazo de la Mesa opositora. Al menos
debatimos abiertamente y nos esforzamos por enmendar errores, algo que
el oficialismo nunca se atreve a intentar.
Bastantes veces utilizó María Corina Machado la infraestructura de
Voluntad Popular para catapultar a Vente Venezuela, y ahora critica la
candidatura de nuestro responsable nacional encargado, Freddy Guevara
en el circuito 2 del estado Miranda. Pareciera que a ella le incomoda
acatar normas y observaciones emitidas desde otras instancias. Cuando
la Mesa toma decisiones las mismas deben ser acatadas. Así lo
comprendió Voluntad Popular durante la controversia entre tarjetas
única y mixta. ¿Por qué Vente Venezuela nunca parece tener voluntad de
ceder? Yo sí apoyo a Freddy Guevara. He compartido varias veces con
él y conozco sus diatribas internas para conciliar tanto dentro de
Voluntad Popular como dentro de la Mesa opositora. Es alguien que
dialoga con todo tipo de gente y tiene el reto de solucionar muchas
contradicciones que otros desconocemos. Voluntad Popular no es un
partido caudillesco y allí no se sigue ciegamente lo que diga ningún
líder. Disponemos muchos grupos de trabajo, allí debatimos todos los
temas, y siempre hay gente a favor y en contra de cualquier
proposición. Yo como siempre tengo mi criterio autónomo, el cual a
menudo coincide con la dirección nacional.
Quizás allí radica el problema de María Corina Machado. Nunca parece
querer negociar. Los principios y valores son tan férreos que
cualquier idea heterodoxa es combatida a nivel de enemistad. Me parece
saludable que Voluntad Popular ahora tome su propio rumbo y no se siga
dejando chantajear por la intransigencia. A medida que me he percatado
de aquellos errores cometidos por quienes antes confiaba, he tomado
decisiones paulatinas para buscar senderos más convenientes. A estas
alturas no importa el candidato opositor. Yo mismo tuve la oportunidad
de ser candidato fuera de la Mesa y luego de analizarlo durante varios
meses decliné a favor de disciplina absoluta hacia la coalición
opositora. Ojalá los militantes de Copei y Vente Venezuela sigan mi
ejemplo y entiendan que necesitamos unidad absoluta y que no podemos
seguir pateando la Mesa.
Una vez ganemos la Asamblea Nacional, disfrutaremos de un bloque
parlamentario único y promoveremos la asamblea nacional constituyente,
que proporcionará oportunidades para Venezuela cambiar muchos asuntos
a la vez. En democracia todos tenemos derecho a expresar nuestra
opinión. Como ya hemos decidido que todos los partidos debemos acatar
los designios de la MUD, cualquier desviación de los acuerdos previos
en efecto socavará el esfuerzo unitario que tanto nos ha costado
lograr. La política muta y debemos adaptarnos a los cambios. La
rigidez de principios y valores es nociva para implementar reformas
que se necesitan.
¿Cuál legado de Chávez por Dios? Hiperinflación mayor al 200% para
2015, dólar a Bs. 700, Caracas como la ciudad más violenta del mundo,
colas interminables para no conseguir nada de comer. Las horas que
perdí en la cola de PDVAL valen más que los 21 centavos de dólar que
usé para comprar 7 ítems. La reciente visibilización del movimiento
GLBT alardeada por el oficialismo es un coletazo de lo que ocurrió en
EE.UU en los años 90, con una generación completa de atraso. Una vez
la derecha gane la asamblea nacional, promulgaremos ley de amnistía
para liberar a todos los presos políticos, y convocaremos asamblea
nacional constituyente para destruir este sistema que no sirve e
instauraremos uno nuevo y mejor. El oficialismo ha descargado
resentimiento y armado a colectivos durante 16 años impunemente.
Tenemos cientos de miles de muertos por la inseguridad ya que este
régimen privilegia a los malandros. El comunismo nos quita la voluntad
y nos vuelve adictos a la pobreza. El precio del dólar sube porque
este régimen emite bolívares inorgánicos para financiar sus gastos y
derroches, los cuales entran a la economía y como no hay productos
para comprar la gente opta por comprar dólares al precio que sea. El
control de cambio debe ser desmantelado.
China en pleno estallido de su burbuja bursátil y EE.UU. con miles de
nuevas empresas pujantes. El régimen venezolano privilegia contratos
gubernamentales con China para que los privados nunca conozcamos la
alta tecnología que se inventa hoy en día en EE.UU. Es mucho más
importante luchar por el matrimonio igualitario que por el Esequibo.
Muchos admitimos que ese territorio lo perdimos. Proporciono mis
palabras de aliento para que la Exxon Mobil contribuya al desarrollo
de esa región tan olvidada por tantos años. Felicitamos al presidente
de Guyana, David Granger, por invitar a empresas mineras australianas
para que extraigan oro del Esequibo y contribuir al desarrollo de
nuestro vecino suramericano. Concluida la controversia, podemos
abocarnos nuevamente a la urgencia del momento que consiste en la
aprobación del matrimonio igualitario.
Tamara Adrian es nuestra candidata transgénero de Voluntad Popular
para la Asamblea Nacional cuya postulación rompe paradigmas. Por otra
parte, siguen comunicados de las iglesias rechazando el matrimonio
igualitario. Esto es una declaración de guerra. Las iglesias deberán
adaptarse a convivir en los nuevos tiempos o paulatinamente seguirán
recibiendo el repudio de quienes denunciamos su hipocresía. Los
obstruccionistas serán debidamente registrados y posteriormente
entrarán en una base de datos como violadores a los derechos humanos.
Una vez sea aprobado el matrimonio igualitario entraremos en una nueva
fase de querellas legales contra todo aquel que ose discriminar. Están
tirando a matar: quienes copiándose del nazismo inventan todo tipo de
pretextos para impunemente seguir boicoteando la igualdad de derechos
que merece la sexodiversidad. El lobby de la intolerancia y la
homofobia es partícipe directo de esta guerra civil. El
fundamentalismo religioso es belicista y debe ser derrotado
inmediatamente.
¿Cuántas veces hemos visto a los cristianos fundamentalistas marchando
contra la violencia que existe en el país o contra del abuso de niños
por parte de clérigos? En vez de cuidar de su propia vida, se encargan
de condenar el amor entre dos seres humanos enviando un mensaje que
persiste en criminalizar, satanizar, deshumanizar, patologizar grupos
de personas que nada les han hecho a sus familias ni a más nadie, que
existimos desde siempre, y que con o sin derecho al matrimonio no
dejaremos de existir, ni de unirnos en pareja, criar hijos biológicos
o adoptivos, de ambos o de uno solo de los miembros de la pareja.
Definitivamente recobraríamos nuestra dignidad como seres humanos,
como familias, como ciudadanos plenos. Apostamos a la igualdad y no a
continuar abriendo brechas, desigualdades y exclusión.
Concluimos citando a Harold M. Cooper, fotógrafo: ?¿No es una
aberración satánica mantener matrimonios que no funcionan sólo porque
lo que Dios unió no lo separe el hombre? Esos matrimonios son un
verdadero infierno. ¿No es una aberración satánica afirmar que Dios
creó a la mujer como ayuda idónea del hombre? Ello conlleva a que la
mujer tenga que obedecer lo que el hombre diga y le venga en gana.
Muchos líderes evangélicos viven de la inocencia de los fieles
incautos y de sus diezmos, pues estos líderes y pastores no trabajan y
mantienen excelentes negocios.?
