This is not only a IE bug it will affect all users who runb Win95 /NT 4
and recieves .URL or.LNK files with email , regardless of which
email-client they use.
A simpile fix for the .URL files is to associate the files with Notepade
insted of "
rundll32.exe url.dll,FileProtocolHandler %l"
