We coordinate everything thru the dept's exec assistant. They report the
problem. We get a list of times when we can check it out or repair. Then
report whether it is repaired or if something else is required back to the
assistant. The assistant is responsible for letting the instructors know
if it was repaired or when it will be repaired. If needed, the assistant
will schedule the class elsewhere.

There are several department heads and Deans that want the updates but
normally, the department executive assistant is the "go to person"
