I would think that we would want to wire a couple of other standard 
locations in each dorm.  For example, places where we or others might 
want to do presentations using the network (e.g. a lounge or common area 
where we would do a Dorm bootstrap class), and places where a dorm might 
want to install a shared network resource like a printer or have access 
to network services (e.g. the front desk).
