Hi Tom,

There are several options out there, and we recently had a discussion with some
of the folks who manage our on campus labs over here about this.  They support
several different options since some people are used to different applications
depending on the schools they went to previously.  Here's the list I gathered
for Text-to-Speech Software:

 - JAWS
 - WYNN
 - Kurzweil
 - OpenBook
