NY appeals court OKs Aereo live television service
http://j.mp/14INxF7 (St. Louis Post Dispatch / AP)
"A divided New York federal appeals court has given the go-ahead to an
Internet company offering inexpensive live television online."

Regardless of how you feel about Aereo, the odds are pretty good it
will be blocked eventually, 'cause, from a technical standpoint at
least, like the dissenting judge said in this decision, the "tiny
antennas" really are a sham, a clever way around the wording of
copyright law that will probably get stomped at some point.
