The general idea is "to MIT on-campus subnets, and to reasonable
people off campus who are logically close to MIT."

For instance, I'm planning to run a subnet or two to my house.  (or a
full site, if we end up turning into a pNLA).

If the network group doesn't object, and you can find hardware for it,
I'll be happy to help you set up the router and set up a tunnel.
