6to4 routing

I've added 6to4 prefixes to the MIT IPv6 router limekiller. The
"upstream" connection point is edt.mit.edu in W92, which is running a
more recent NetBSD with 6to4 support; if and when limekiller gets
updated, it can do 6to4 directly, though the prefixes will change.
The current prefixes are under 2002:1212:148::/48. I also added a
route for outgoing traffic to 2002::/16 through edt, so we don't have
to rely on the Merit connection and their route to 6to4-land.

If anyone wants to add 6to4 prefixes to their own networks (especially
subnets on campus) for possibly better connectivity to other 6to4
sites, let me know; it's easy to set up, just another address on your
current tunnel, but I won't add it unless asked. (If your OS supports
6to4, you probably want to do it directly instead of through tunnels,
but it's up to you.) It's a reasonable way to get some experience
with IPv6 nodes having multiple local addresses...

Ken
