Senators-
Most of the motions tonight have been made by non-voting members of
senate. That's not really our job...the elected Senators need to step
up and keep things moving. You aren't here to raise your hand or say
"Aye" every once in a while. You are here to ask hard questions, think
critically, and make stuff happen. I encourage you to make the motions.
