Two quick things regarding the summer funding bill--its almost exactly like
the bill from last year:

First, is there any reason why the word unanimously was removed for who must
approve the funds?  I'd agree that it has the same meaning, but
"unanimously" could clear it up.

Second, how would you feel about adding a That clause:  "That a record of
the disbursement of these funds be available on the UA website at the end of
the summer" or throughout the summer.  I'd like to see something that's a
little more transparent about these funds, since most discretionary requests
are rather specific, and this has the (low) potential for being a black
hole.


And I agree with Hawkins that we should codify what the Chief of Staff
should be doing.
