Senators,
The Committee on Dining and the House Dining Advisory Group will be
hosting an open forum tomorrow night (Wed 4/21, 7:30pm-9pm) for
students from all dorms to express their thoughts, opinions, and
desires for the new House Dining system. I would appreciate it if you
could publicize the event to your constituents (and bcc
ua-dining-chairs). (Senators for dorms that have dining halls, you
can notify your constituents that this is an additional opportunity to
provide feedback). Tom Gearty (Communications/DSL) and Rich Berlin
(Campus Dining) will be at the event.

Open Forum for House Dining
Wednesday, April 21, 7:30-9pm
Student Center first floor
A new meal plan for residents in dorms with dining halls will be
announced this May and implemented in fall 2011. Concerned about how
the changes may directly or indirectly affect your living group?
Please let the House Dining Advisory Group know. Student and
administrative representatives will be present to answer your
questions and listen to your concerns. All undergraduates are welcome
to attend.

One last thing...senators for dorms with kitchens...PLEASE add
something prominent to your message explaining that kitchen facilities
are NOT being removed.
