We went house by house in Caricuao listening to the residents of the =20
hill slum Telares de Palo Grande with Stalin Gonz=E1lez, Ivlev Silva and =20
Rafael Veloz. In sectors at Fifth circuit of the Capital District, =20
former officialists are asking us today, to those making up the Unity =20
that we should make all the changes that the country needs. On behalf =20

vacate left ignominious power. On behalf of Rafael Veloz I walked =20
alongside Richard Blanco, Stalin Gonz=E1lez and Ivlev Silva to promote =20
our parliamentary ticket at El Guan=E1bano II in Macarao. I visited five =20
families in Carapita. We need support from further activists, the =20
parish of Ant=EDmano is gigantic and responsiveness is excellent. =20
Everything was fine during the command swearing at Fifth Circuit of =20
Capital District, but meanwhile there was political repression in =20
Charallave at Sixth Cirtcuit of Miranda state.
I continued establishing contacts and leafleting in Bolivar square at =20
Ant=EDmano, Santa Ana Street at Carapita, and San Jos=E9 neighborhood at =20
Carapita. There are young people who have not enrolled in the =20
permanent electoral registry because they do not like the regime, and =20
they argue that opposition neither visits nor offers anything better. =20
I arrived to Los Paraparos of Vega. Opponents there feel isolated and =20
we need to support their immediate organization. We accompanied =20
Richard Blanco and Ant=EDmano parish Democratic Unity Roundtable command =20
in Cross of San Jos=E9 at Carapita. We categorically denied authorship =20
of violent events in Guzmania. We shared breakfast with neighbors of =20
Mamera. Despite failures in transport we reached house by house at El =20
Junquito road. We went through Los Cangilones, Zulia Street, =20
Independence Street and Paraparos of La Vegas visiting neighbors and =20
leafleting for the Democratic Unity Roundtable. I walked through all =20
the Cota 905 and neighboring requested our cooperation to repair the =20
soccer and basketball court in El Pinar hills. We?ll strive to honor =20
them successfully. At Cota 905 residents request walks with candidates =20
rather than house by house or assemblies due to security reasons. I =20
handed flyers of Rafael Veloz at UD2 and UD3. Many opponents are =20
fearful, no willingness for activism. Many officialists feel strongh. =20
Force Caricuao! Rafael Veloz concludes: "The fear is noted from =20
government tickets at the approach of a democratic majority which will =20
demand accountability from all levels within the Parliament because it =20
will be autonomous and sovereign."
We distributed drinking water containers in Caucag=FCita, circuit 4 of =20
Miranda state, with the structure of Popular Will in Sucre =20
municipality led by Lord Acu=F1a, in support of the candidacy of Gilber =20
Caro to the National Assembly. We assisted the parish team of Popular =20
will in La Lira at Dolorita during a full day of cleanup and recovery =20
of sports field and water supply by tanker to needy families. In =20
Guatire we visited residents of El Milagro, where extreme poverty =20
forces us to generate behaviors to transform it into wealth. We also =20
journeyed to El Jabillo and Las Rosas neighborhoods. Welcome future =20
congressman Gilber Caro to the Capriles family! We shared with =20
candidates Adriana D'Elia, Rafael Guzm=E1n and Gilber Caro in Guatire =20
while my cousin Henrique Capriles Radonski played basketball with =20

Popular Will supports the list candidacy in Miranda of Julio Borges. =20

and Gilbert Caro. Juan Guaid=F3, our candidate for Vargas state, is one =20
of the best speakers in Popular Will. As a beach loving Caracas native =20
I'm always in touch with our beloved coast.
It?s fashionable for officialists to recognize they were wrong on some =20
things as they promise to rectify, so proud, so arrogant, and so =20
inept. What they must do is to go away and let others begin. They =20
repudiate right wing so much while Tarek William Saab became a =20
criminal wanted by Interpol. Jacqueline Far=EDas became plugged by =20
narcotics money while considering tasty such queues that ordinary =20
citizens endure. It is also said that an election strategy is to fall =20
into jail for a presidential bid. First was Ch=E1vez, then Leopoldo =20
L=F3pez, now Manuel Rosales. In the slums and hills of Greater Caracas I =20
hear that people living there who are looking forward to job =20
opportunities and enrichment. The socialist illusion vanishes. We will =20
not win votes if we make fun of our citizens and scrub their ignorance =20
back to them. Teaching means helping them learn but that job is poorly =20
paid. What is the opposition offering? During my visits to =20
neighborhoods I can only offer them key chains with flashlight. We =20
have no budget to provide washing machines and refrigerators which is =20
the usual strategy for officialism. I read and hear interesting =20
thoughts of those who seek to break away from officialism. It is time =20
to imagine our contribution regardless of our old-fashioned credulity. =20
The campaign should focus on lowest income areas; more affluent sites =20
are always saturated. The opposition needs to concentrate efforts on =20
all circuits. There are rural areas that we could support with =20
imported activists.
Some days were purely administrative, I had the opportunity to be =20
actively involved in planning and campaign agenda both at the national =20
headquarters of Popular Will in Los Palos Grandes and headquarters of =20
Venezuela Command in Bello Monte Hills. It is crucial to form teams =20
that are integrated in harmony. It seems that the opposition will win =20
the National Assembly. I'm not the only one from Tupamaro who is now a =20
Popular Will activist. We understand that the recent official line =20
corresponds to an electoral strategy, but upon completion of the =20
elections, supporters of officialism will have to concede many =20
aspirations in favor of friendly coexistence. Some argue that after =20
December 6th I?ll swing any alleged vote. In 2016 I will participate =20
in the structure of Popular Will at Sucre municipality, which is why =20
now I contribute to activities in the parishes of Caucag=FCita, Mariche =20
and Dolorita on the occasion of the campaign for the Fourth Circuit of =20
Miranda state.
A huge problem is that Venezuelans suffer exacerbated distrust among =20
us. Leafleting and visit is the work to continue doing. Each community =20

suddenly finger a supposed right to modify previously established =20
strategies in a democratic mode.
I haven?t interacted with Leopoldo L=F3pez but I do know Lilian Tintori. =20
In social networks today she is requested to behave differently than =20
the dictates of her personality, under the threat that our party, =20
Popular Will, may lose militancy if we do not listen to those who =20
criticize her description of the obscene treatment she receives in =20
Ramo Verde military jail. I feel fortunate that most of my time is =20
spent in the street supporting real causes. But the few moments I have =20
to catch up with Internet threatens to generate me unnecessary hatred. =20
Maybe it's a blessing that this campaign is based on direct contact =20
while obviating the media. We need to activate our teams of vote =20
defense in each polling station. If we do not actively participate in =20
it, we?ll have no moral authority to complain about alleged fraud.
I was invited to attend Lilian?s tour and planned to travel to San =20
Felipe, Yaracuy state on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 6 am. However I =20
decided last minute to stay in Caracas to continue supporting the =20
activities of Miranda state circuit 4, because the idea of forming =20
popular networks is to mingle within the geographical scope of each =20
activist. I'm focused on helping form a harmonious team to help win =20
that specific circuit. I believe that my decision to have remained in =20

concentrar esfuerzos en todos los circuitos. Hay zonas rurales a las =20

Algunos d=EDas han sido netamente administrativos, he tenido la =20
oportunidad de involucrarme activamente en planificaci=F3n y agenda de =20
campa=F1as electorales tanto en la sede nacional de Voluntad Popular en =20
Los Palos Grandes como en la sede del comando Venezuela en Colinas de =20
Bello Monte. Es crucial conformar equipos que se integren en armon=EDa. =20
Todo parece indicar que la oposici=F3n ganar=E1 la Asamblea Nacional. No =20
soy el =FAnico tupamaro que ahora es activista en Voluntad Popular. =20
Comprendemos que el discurso oficialista reciente corresponde a una =20
estrategia electoral, pero una vez concluidas las elecciones, los =20
partidarios del como sea tendr=E1n que resignarse a ceder muchas =20
aspiraciones a favor de la coexistencia amigable. Algunos elucubran =20
que despu=E9s del 6 de diciembre saltar=E9 alguna presunta talanquera. En =
=20
2016 participar=E9 en la estructura de Voluntad Popular del municipio =20
Sucre, por ese motivo ahora contribuyo a actividades de calle en las =20
parroquias Caucag=FCita, Dolorita y Mariche en ocasi=F3n de la campa=F1a por=
=20
el circuito 4 del estado Miranda.
Un enorme problema que padecemos los venezolanos es la exacerbada =20
desconfianza hacia nosotros mismos. Volantear y visitar es el trabajo =20
que seguiremos haciendo. Cada comunidad lograr=E1 mayor organizaci=F3n y =20
sumar=E1 a las propuestas de cambio. En el seno de los partidos =20
pol=EDticos ya estamos debatiendo c=F3mo seguir ganado espacios en las =20
venideras elecciones para gobernaciones, asambleas legislativas, y =20
posteriormente alcald=EDas y concejal=EDas. Actuamos sin prisa pero sin =20
pausa. A partir del 2016 concurriremos a primarias opositoras para =20
elegir candidatos de la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica que participar=E1n =
=20
en futuros comicios contra el PSUV. Para ganar con contundencia =20
necesitamos m=E1s activismo. Es fundamental alejarnos de las =20
computadoras y apoyar el trabajo de calle y la recaudaci=F3n de fondos. =20
El esfuerzo colectivo a favor de un cambio hasta ahora luce =20
insuficiente. A quienes resulta crucial que en los partidos pol=EDticos =20
acatemos sus instrucciones, les sugerimos que conformen equipo junto a =20
nuestra militancia actual y demuestren con hechos que sus objetivos =20
son sinceros. Padecemos de exceso de caciques y pocos indios. Es muy =20
mal visto que quienes proclaman desinter=E9s en cumplir deberes de =20
militancia se adjudiquen s=FAbitamente el derecho de modificar a dedo =20
estrategias previamente establecidas de modo democr=E1tico.
No he interactuado con Leopoldo L=F3pez pero s=ED conozco a Lilian =20
Tintori. En las redes sociales hoy a ella le exigen que se comporte de =20
un modo diferente a lo que dicta su personalidad, bajo la amenaza que =20
nuestro partido Voluntad Popular perder=E1 militancia si no le hacemos =20
caso a quienes critican su descripci=F3n del trato obsceno que recibe en =20
la c=E1rcel militar de Ramo Verde. Me siento afortunado que la mayor =20
parte de mi tiempo transcurre en la calle apoyando causas reales. Pero =20
los pocos momentos que tengo para ponerme al d=EDa con internet amenazan =20
con generarme reconcomios innecesarios. Quiz=E1s es una bendici=F3n que =20
esta campa=F1a se basa en el contacto directo y obvia los medios. =20
Necesitamos activar nuestros equipos de defensa del voto en cada =20
centro electoral. Si no participamos activamente en ello no tendremos =20
autoridad moral para quejarnos acerca de un presunto fraude.
Yo estaba invitado a asistir a la gira de Lilian y ten=EDa previsto =20
viajar a San Felipe, estado Yaracuy el viernes 30 de octubre 2015 a =20
las 6 am. Sin embargo decid=ED a =FAltima hora permanecer en Caracas para =
=20
seguir apoyando las actividades del circuito 4 de Miranda, pues la =20
idea de conformar redes populares radica en trabajar dentro del =E1mbito =20
geogr=E1fico de cada activista. Estoy concentrado en ayudar a conformar =20
un equipo armonioso que ayude a ganar ese circuito espec=EDfico. =20
Considero que mi decisi=F3n de haber permanecido en Caracas constituye =20
un intento de poner los pies sobre la tierra. Si hubiese acompa=F1ado =20
esa gira hubiese descuidado el trabajo en el circuito que es mi =20
responsabilidad principal con las bases del partido. Apoyo y quiero a =20
Freddy Guevara y a Lilian Tintori por igual y no deseo formar parte de =20
diatribas innecesarias. En las calles se evidencia que persiste una =20
minor=EDa afecta al r=E9gimen. Lamento no haber podido acompa=F1ar a Lilian =

En un gobierno democr=E1tico como el que aspiramos instaurar, el =20
madurismo tendr=E1 oportunidad de participar pol=EDticamente como una =20
nueva oposici=F3n. Muchos subestimaron a Chuo Torrealba, quien ha =20
demostrado una habilidad inusual de refutar las provocaciones del =20
r=E9gimen de modo contundente y diplom=E1tico. Muy reconfortante noticia =20
que el Potro =C1lvarez y Blanca Eckhout caminaron solos y caceroleados =20
en Guarenas. Yo pateo ese circuito todos los d=EDas con el candidato =20
Gilber Caro. Hace pocos d=EDas tuvimos que extremar medidas de seguridad =20
en Guarenas pues la semana pasada hemos recibido ataques a nuestra =20
integridad f=EDsica por parte de colectivos oficialistas. Ahora toca =20
canalizar el descontento del municipio Plaza. Es muy f=E1cil criticar =20
desde la comodidad y radicalismo del teclado. En una campa=F1a electoral =20
los candidatos deben visitar el m=E1ximo posible de comunidades para =20
buscar votos sin desperdiciar tiempo en ofrecer largas explicaciones a =20
quienes de todos modos persistir=E1n en criticar por criticar.
