Hi folks,
Consensus seemed to be that Wednesday nights at 7PM worked
reasonably well, and a consistent time was nice. So, we'll be meeting on
Wednesday at 7PM.
Hopefully, we'll cover:
* Invested reserve (draft 1, remeyer)
* Operating (draft 2, rkw)
* Finboard (draft 2, catherio)
* Senate Funds (draft 2, pbaranay)
* Class Councils (draft 2, adehnert)
* ASA & LEF/ARCADE (draft 2 --- anyone know who?)
Don't forget that proposed requirements and strongly recommended
procedures, policies, etc. (that aren't binding) should become
legislation. Please try to draft legislation as you make your revisions.
If it has an obvious place near similar material, or needs to be
emphasized, add it to the Constitution or Bylaws. Otherwise, use a bill
or resolution.
I'm planning to start with the Invested Reserve and Operating, since
those are likely to need additional drafts.
Please try to get your drafts done ASAP --- by 7PM on Tuesday at the
latest, please, so that people have 24 hours to review them.
Let me know if you have questions, requests, etc..
