So, I see two major options in scheduling philosophy:
(1) Pick a regular time, and expect people to schedule around it
(2) Pick times week by week
I'm a fan of (2), because it lets me rotate who misses meetings. Several
people seem to prefer (1), so I might switch to it.
So:
(1) Would you prefer I pick a time for the rest of summer, even if it
means you can't come?
(2) How would you feel about Wednesday evenings around 7PM?
(3) How would you feel about Saturday afternoons around 3PM?
(4) How would you feel about Sunday afternoons around 3PM?
(5) Any other times that seem particularly good?
