Missing cost object in RFP for Student-Faculty dinner

Hi, I attended a Student-Faculty dinner this spring, and covered the cost.
When our group went to submit our RFP (#0106974000), it was rejected. After
checking with the UA office, we learned that this was a result of the Cost
Object number of the RFP form being left blank.
Under the instructions posted at http://ua.mit.edu/student-faculty-dinners/,
it says to leave this field blank, and the woman at the UA office confirmed
that this field is supposed to be completed by the person who the
reimbursement is being submitted to--Austin Wang according to the
instructions.
Could somebody please go back and add the Cost Object number so we can be
reimbursed for the meal?
