Hi Everyone,
I am writing to let you know that I have decided to resign as the Chair of =
the Committee on Involvement and clear up any concerns about how this effec=
ts the general application process.
I have decided to part from the UA because I would like to pursue my new pa=
ssion, mechanical engineering, on a deeper level. It saddens me to leave an=
organization this early and with so much potential for positive change on =
undergraduates, but, as an upperclassman, I needed to decide how I wanted t=
o spend my last two years here. It has taken me time to find a major that I=
truly enjoy - I am just starting Course 2 this fall - and it would make me=
happier to use my time and energy to make a positive impact that way.
Before the new Chair and Vice Chair for Involvement are picked, Victor and =
I will continue to handle general application submissions. Thank you everyo=
