I will be sending you each week's form on Monday and compiling the results
on Fridays for Matt to send to Council over the weekend. While this week's
should perhaps be a bit more detailed (because a whole summer has gone
by!--cue nostalgia), future iterations can be appropriately scaled to the
one week timescale.
