Dear UA Exec,
I hope all is well.
This is our last full week together! I cannot thank you enough for all of
the effort you have put in over this past year. Speaking as someone who was
on the outside for most of it, I have seen the great positive impact each
of you has had on our campus. It was a year full of challenges, and you did
an amazing job.
Please fill out this Doodle poll <http://doodle.com/tup3sqnhftdn4fmm> for
our last exec meeting. We will probably do something special.
For the last Council meeting of the semester, due to the size of items that
need to be discussed, we will be sending a Final Report on the semester to
Council on Saturday, May 9, 2015. If any Council member has questions
concerning the report, we will be reaching out to you to speak at the
Council meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 7:30PM. Anyone who is not
asked to speak will not have to speak at the meeting - in the meantime,
please mark it on your calendar.
Every committee chair and officer needs to fill out this form

by Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11:59PM for our Final Report. Please be as
comprehensive and thorough as possible - this is your report on everything

Finally, I apologize for not including "Additional Comments" in our monthly
email to students. I completely neglected to do so, and I am very sorry. If
there is anything you need communicated to students, please let me know.
