Hello Exec,
We are making a strong push for recruiting new students to join the UA this
year, and have reserved a table in Lobby 10 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday,
and Friday the week of the 27th.
Our hope is to see you all sharing information about your projects to
students and getting them to apply to join!
To that end, I have attached a Google Excel sheet
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VdAGx99Bzvv5PNJs1Q8_JXmrqScg8yZZ2PqWNgnq80I/edit?usp=sharing>with
one hour blocks from 9 AM to 5 PM. I encourage you all to bring along any
reports, project descriptions, committee recruitment materials etc. to
leave at the table, and also to sign up for at least 3 sessions. Currently,
I have allocated 2 spots per hour block, but please feel free to add
additional rows.
