Hello Exec,
First, there is no meeting tomorrow. Our final meeting will be the
following Wednesday, December 10th.
Second, please begin preparing a single page letter to Chancellor Barnhardt
detailing the tasks that you have completed this semester. It should be
professional, but you should feel free to use bullet points as you see
needed to organize your thoughts. We would like this completed by *Friday,
December 12th*.
Lastly, please look forward to a holiday party! We will be giving out small
thank you gifts for your hard work this past semester and have a few
refreshments.
Hope your breaks were relaxing, and we hope to see you at the 2.009
presentation on Monday cheering our very own Ryan McDermott on!
