Dear UA Exec and Council,
Points that Dr. Bertschinger will be discussing include:
1. His observations about MIT cultures and values - what makes MIT special
beyond "excellence"
2. ICEO mission statement: The ICEO mission is to advance a respectful and
caring community that embraces diversity and empowers everyone to learn and
do their best at MIT.
3. Some data about the MIT community - its composition and the climate for
different groups
4. A possible framework for advancing a respectful and caring community.
He hopes that this list will get you all thinking about possible questions,
