One quick note regarding the budgets of other schools:
Northeastern has over 16,000 undergrads (24,000 total) and Ohio State has
roughly 45,000 undergraduates (60,000 total). It may be advantageous to
find an example school that is actually close in size to MIT, such as Tufts
(5,000 undergrads, 10,000 total), Yale (5,000/11,000), or Princeton
(5000/7500) if you want to compare peer schools.
