Super casual atmosphere with friendly staff.....The crawfish potato skins were incredible. The sauce paired well with the crawfish. I also... Service was great. Food was incredible! When passing through Louisiana I always stop here. It's right off I-20, Dixie... This place is currently located at 404 Highway 28, only a mile or so off I20-59 in Livingston, AL. I tried to add a new location, but it appears to not have... I have only had the opportunity to eat here twice so I can not speak on the menu as a whole, but I never intend to. Diamond Jim's serves one of the best... Despite the fact that I grew up within 30 minutes of this restaurant, and heard FOREVER how good it was, I only last week made a point of trying the Red... Definitely a place to hit on your way to the gulf coast. The redfish is out of sight. Service is excellent and ambiance is good. I look forward to eating...
