Loved dinner last night at The Heron. Our table started with the catfish bites and avocado toast which were both yummy. The two vegetarians at the table... Enjoyed a nice plate of mussels and Sauv Blanc this afternoon. ....Service was very prompt and attentive. I would return if in the area again. Instantly one of our new favorite restaurants in the area... Beautiful location and decor with a diverse assortment of local fresh menu options... Probably... Delicious ! First time ! Staff was very nice. Ambiance was Excellent! Food was presented very nicely! The choices were great was hard to decide what to... Pizza is pretty good right out of the oven. Had a hero and it was good. Could have used a little more seasoning but that might be more of a personal choice. Love this place! Will definitely keep coming back whenever I am in the area. Food was decent. Got way too full off the appetizer sampler that I couldnt even start on my meal. Two words: pretzel bread. You must order a sandwich with pretzel bread. I had the Caboose Melt, which was roast beef (roasted in house), pepper jack cheese,... Best pizza place for miles. I'm just sorry they stopped delivering. When I ran into their former driver at another restaurant, he recognized me and called... Stopped during a road trip for a sit down meal and the service and food was fantastic! Food came out quick and it was like having a home cooked meal. As far as the hotel, this place is great. The staff are super-friendly. There is a great vibe, with the students' woodwork all over the place. The outside... Service and food are tremendous. Their sirloin tips have the best flavor and are extremely tender. Can't get enough of them. First visit, Ramen noodles with coconut milk curry and chicken....Delicious, sweet rich and spicy...Already planning my next visit. The kind of restaurant you'd find in the city, but with less than fifteen miles from farm to fork. I love that there is a list of all the local farms they... While traveling I found them through yelp and decided to stop. Absolutely loved the decor and family feel. Food was warm and filling coffee was hot and... I really love their service and homestyle cooking, but I confess mostly for Sunday brunch. I love this restaurant food is always fresh and good.
