<p>If you're over the age of 50, you've probably been told that certain health problems are just part of getting old.</p>
<p>Several recent studies, including the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition study suggests otherwise.</p>
<p>Dr. Lane Sebring M.D of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine has performed studies with older U.S Coast Guard vets. He found that health problems, like joint pain, loss of energy and stamina, thought to be caused by aging, are actually caused inflammation.</p>

Makes little ceasar like plastic crap and puts other chains to shame.....Found by accident and hubby ordered to go but there... As of Present ( December 2015) the Main Restaurant is \"Temporarily Closed\" for several months of \"Remodeling\" \u0026 Could be \"Closed\" for Almost a Year. But,... Hands down one of the best places to go to have exquisite food and be pampered while you're there. I just wish I could get down there more to enjoy what...
